Far hotel/ motel not Close to downtown

Posted May 17, 2016
The hotel is very small. It's not close to downtown Paris. You have to take two metro's to get there. The location the hotel is in is very noisy is a residential neighbourhood that's kid of sketchy.

Thank you for your comments. Our hotel of 43 rooms is indeed not a very big hotel but an independant one belonging to the same family for 2 generations now. Situated in a popular area of Paris, near Parc de la Villette, we agree that we are not in the center of Paris but near to metro station Crimée on line 7 going directly to Opera in about 20 minutes and Chatelet (exact center of Paris) in 30 minutes. Thank you for taking time to share your feeling

A nice hotel small clean rooms. A great mix of different nationality with different types of little cafes and bars. It location can be noisy at night but enjoyed our three night there.

location is ok close to the tirm so you can go to anywhere in Paris. If u need safety box u have to rent it for 5€ aday. Whenever u go out u have to leave ur room key at the reception which they change the receptionist ever few hours. And when u came back u just tell them the room number and they will give u the key. So anyone could get my room key because they don't ask for identification. That's why i had to rent the safety box. No air conditioner.

A basic clean hotel.

Posted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: It was clean. The staff spoke decent English. It was cheap.
Cons: Kettle or coffee maker in room. Fridge and/or microwave in room.
Location: About 3 km from Sacre Couer church. 3km from Parc de Buttes Chaumout, very nice. 1km from science museum.
Nice and clean, clean bedding and towels, free shampoo, free wifi (slow), free electrical adaptor. Three blocks from a metro station. Shopping near by. Only bad thing was no fridge, no tea/coffee, no microwave in room.

Thank you for your feedback on our hotel. We are sorry that your first night was bad due to the noise in the street during this summer period. You had the good reflex to ask for a room on our courtyard. Our staff is here 24 hour to satisfy our guests and make their stay very pleasant.

Not the best place for a couple.

The location was not the best. Very dodgy area. Was there for 2 nights and on the second night we came back to the hotel late. Was not told there would be any issues with coming back late, but had to wait outside for 20 minutes because the guy was away. Would have been worse if the weather was bad. Parking was located a block away, but seemed very sketchy as well.

We thank you for your review and we apology for the problem you encountered when you came back late. This, normally doesn't happen, because the reception is opened 24 hours and even at night you must find someone to welcome you. The public parking, situated at about 200 meters is very safe and secured with cameras and personal also 24 hours. Once again, we apology for the problem - Regards

The hotel is handy for the metro and for the airport. It was surprisingly quiet, the staff were friendly and the wi-fi worked. It's not the nicest part of Paris, but it was OK, and better value for money than some other Paris hotels we've stayed in.

We thank you for this good review and are pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay. As you notice, we are at only 20 minutes walk from Parc de la Villette with the Science Museum, the Philarmonic and Music museum and the Zenith where most of the French and International artists perform. Hope to see you again if you come for another show or visit of Paris Regards
