The decor is so beautiful. My room was cleaned daily. The staff was really friendly. About a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. There’s plenty of restaurants near by and a grocery store right down the street. I had a very pleasant stay, and will choose this hotel again in the future.

A Lovely 3 day break in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s within walking distances to all of the main tourist attractions, cafés & restaurants.The hotel is beautiful with vintage styled rooms.

I had the best stay at Hotel Pastel!! Staff was very friendly and attentive, room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Complimentary water and coffee with a beautiful view. Location was perfect and there’s plenty of restaurants nearby. From the lobby to the hallways to the room decor, everything is beautifully decorated. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to others who travel to Paris.

Location of the hotel is closed to main attractions, few steps to grocery store, closed to metro station, lots of restaurants and shopping places Reception people are nice 😊 Condition of the room is comfortable We will definitely go back to the this hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel Pastel! It was a short walk to the Arc de Triumphe and the Metro (Bastille Station, I believe.) We also loved it was not too far to the Eiffel Tower (20-25 minutes!) and had many dining options nearby. The staff was there 24/7 and the hotel was very clean. We also really enjoyed the nice breakfast and breakfast room area. Very happy with this stay!

Location is excellent and convenient. Staff was outstanding - friendly; helpful and accommodating. Carpet in the room needs a good shampoo/cleaning. Otherwise - staff keep rooms and common areas ver clean.

Super quaint hotel in the heart of Paris
Hotel pastel is a nice, quaint hotel in the heart of Paris, 16th arrondissement. Close to arc de triomphe, Eiffel Tower, and Palais de Chaillot. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Close do wonderful eateries. Super friendly staff. Free, fast WiFi. Nice French breakfast. Will stay again.

Very nice hotel in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Only a 10 minute walk to both the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe, with plenty of shopping & restaurants in between. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect! You can either get to arc de triomphe or eiffel tower with a short walk. The staff was friendly and hotel felt safe. The decoration is very chic.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and pretty. The service was overall very good. Location was central and attractions were very easy to get to from the hotel. Bin men came every morning which was a little loud but didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Lovely Taste of Paris!
The room, hotel and service were impeccable! The only slight complaint was we had requested twin beds (I was travelling with my daughter) but the bed was a double bed. We managed, but would have been more comfortable with the twin beds. Location was convenient to the Eiffel tower and easy to get a Bolt car, which was inexpensive to take us anywhere we wanted to go. The desk agent was super helpful whatever we needed and so nice!

I love the location of this hotel! It's about a 10 to 15 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower! It's close to the metro station and there are lots of places to eat in the area. This is my second time staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when I visit Paris.

The location is great. The room is very small and there were no refrigerator in the room and the AC didn’t work in the first night and then it got fixed by the hotel. There is no facilities and smart card entrance. In addition, we had paid some taxes that it is related to taxi booking! And we had been informed just later on once the taxi came at the time we need to leave!! Also the taxi asked for extra money than we agreed on with the hotel once we arrived the airport!!

At the moment of the check-out you only paid for the city taxes that are related to your stay and not to the taxi booking ( it's 1,88 by person and by day ) so that's why you had to pay the taxi driver for the ride.
