Very noisy. Both because of other guests (several groups of school trips) and because of traffic. The stairs were constantly dirty and made it unpleasant to go that way - we were staying on the 7th floor. The bed had only 2 pillows with no options to get any extra, nor any additional blanket. The bathroom had only two towels. No hand towel at all.

Price was great, close to subway station. There are restaurants places around for a bite. The room was just avarage, not having a shower door, and cleanness of the room bring my review to avarage. The staff was very friendly.

I think it's actually expensive to what you pay for. It is very close to the station and you can be in central Paris in less than 30 minutes - that's about it. The hotel needs upgrading, the first room we stayed, we had trouble closing the window - the AC doesn't seem to work, we asked to be checked but no one checked. Rooms are very small for two - and the toilet is very small too. Our room was not cleaned for the second day - so we had to change rooms. Wifi was also not working.

This was in a gritty side of town, so watch out when out late at night. Light bulbs were burnt out, only two were working. Front desk says they old have to move us to another room, not worth it for 2 more nights.

This is the worst Hotel i have ever been in to. I arrived at the hotel with my wife and 4 kids after booking through Hotel.com. My booking clearly stated that i only need to make payment once i arrive at the hotel. At reception i was told that my booking has been cancelled as i didn't make payment. I tried to explain the situation but the receptionists were rude and did not care that my young children were stressed. I had to plead and beg for nearly one hour fifteen minutes before we were checked in. Once we entered our rooms they were filthy, untidy, unsafe and not suitable for human habitation. A toilet with no flash, dirty towels, no soaps and cramped up rooms.

The room was ok. The only thing I really missed was a chair. Most of the staff was friendly an helpful. Exept one guy, the one with dreadlocks. It looked like he hardly enjoyed working at the reception. He only helped reluctantly.

The staff was helpful most of the time, but rude about half of the time. That could be related to a difference in culture, so it was not a major issue for me. The room was smaller than I expected, but that may also be related to culture since European countries are so much smaller. What was unfortunate was that the beds were extremely small (smaller even than twin beds) and still the room barely held our luggage. Also, the phones did not work in our room. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, but not awful, just uncomfortable. According to the staff, the location was “not a safe area,” but it was very close to the Metro station and not far from Central Paris, which made it manageable to get around once we felt comfortable with the Metro. What was also unfortunate about the location was that when we were in central Paris and tried to get a taxi, they refused once we told them the location. I assume that was because it is more financially beneficial for taxi drivers to stay within central Paris, but very inconvenient for us in that moment. Again, the stay there was not bad, just very uncomfortable

No outside space. Not much of a lounge. Bedroom very small. No sink plug. Lot of noise one night from a party of young persons(supervised!!!) no one seemed to stop it. Area not very nice, not clean very busy and limited eating. Certainly not somewhere to walk round any time of day.

Good little spot, very close to metro station. A little far out of the way of most tourist spots of Paris. Conveniently located by a shopping mall with a massive grocery store. Staff were very nice and spoke English well.

Hotel location and room.
It’s a good location for the metro for easy access to tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean and all you need if you’re just there to sleep. Staff were helpful and you can leave your luggage there for free after checking out.

On March 20, 2023, I was supposed to fly from Rome to Paris but the airline notified me the night before that my flight was canceled as the airports were closed due to a workers' strike. I tried to travel by train or by bus and they told me the same thing, that there was no operation for Paris. I even tried to rent a car and drive, but they didn't want to rent it to me because they could vandalize the car. the only option left to me was to walk from Rome to Paris. I called the hotel to report what was happening and that I couldn't make it, but they told me that they couldn't refund me anything. I told them that I understood that there were rules and policies but that they had to understand that it was not my fault and that at least out of the 2 nights they should reimburse me for 1 and that they keep one, but they told me again that they could not. By canceling the first night, they had enough time to bid for my room and offer it to someone else, but it seems that this hotel is short of money. I was able to recover all the money from the other reservations I had, such as museums, the Eiffel Tower and even the plane tickets, but this hotel did not have that human sensitivity that we humans should have when events like this happen. I would never recommend this hotel for not having empathy with its customers. I hope that with the money from my 2 nights and more the money they got for renting my room when they found out that I was not going, they have become millionaires. Thanks!
