Zero-Star Motel
The hotel was clean but even if the property is rated 2 stars the management must be more generous in terms of comfort. Only one towel, one toilet paper roll in the room. No shampoo, only one tiny bar soap! Receptionist barely speak French, did not try English. Remote control with no batteries. Very tiny elevator, NOT SUITABLE FOR WEELCHAIR AT ALL. I know it’s Paris, but it could be better. The night receptionist was pleasant. May be zero-star motel.

Hello, we are really sorry for this bad information that we have given you, our hotel does not have parking but there is a paid parking lot opposite.We are going to carry out checks, and we are going to upgrade all of our rooms in terms of equipment.Regarding wheelchairs, our hotel clearly indicates that we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility because we do not have PMR rooms.We apologize for this inconvenience.Sincerely

There was mould growing in the corner of the bathtub. Cleaners clearly werent cleaning the property. They just spread the bed and hang the towels. I spilt something on my pillow case, they just flipped the pillow over. They didnt even give me tissues or soap. I had to ask the front desk. The hotel is stingy with soap, you get a small sachet of shower gel, no handwashing soap. The phone in the room didnt work. I only stayed because it was non refundable but i found myself wiping surfaces and sanitizing a lot. The only good thing about the property was the location. There was easy access to transport and restaurants. But this hotel needs a health inspection

Run down hotel, hot room, good for a low budget
The price was right for our family on a budget, but I forgot to check for air conditioning! Paris was actually not hot at the time, but the room was QUITE warm! We all slept in underwear and no blanket, but still warm. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom had some hairs laying around. The pillows were weird. We loved the location, very close to metro. We found that keeping the curtains closed and the windows open during the day kept it cooler. Unfortunately, we had to close the windows during the night because our kids sleepwalk and the windows have no guards or screens. It was an ok stay, but would pay more for air conditioning.

Run the opposite direction from this place.
DO NOT BOOK with these people. They are dishonest. I paid for my room in full 4 months before my stay and paid the city the taxes when I arrived. When I left 2 days later they charged my debit card again for the 2 nights I stayed there. I called and they all pretended to know very little English. I had to physically return to the hotel to straighten the issue out. The hotel itself is a hole in the wall, the lift cannot comfortably fit 2 people, and the steps are treacherous. Book at your own risk. You have been warned.

Don't stay here.
I'm not very demanding of hotels and with my budget I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but this hotel was very disappointing. It claims to be non-smoking but I had to see three rooms before I found one that didn't reek of cigarettes. The bathroom was mouldy. Overall it felt dirty and gross and bad for my health. I'm pretty sure the employees themselves smoke inside the hotel. Don't stay here. There are other budget hotels in the area that are actually decent.

Honestly saying, i don't think it's a hotel. Persons in the Front desk speaks very poor English and They don't even open for 24 hrs. Room is too small and the cleaning service is very poor. (They porbably make beds for over and over without cleaning.) The Only Good point is its location. (it takes less than 5 min to nearby metro station by walk)

Hotel personnel were helpful & friendly. The internet connection was great. No in-room phone. It is nessary to walk up 2 flights of stairs before reaching the lift, which though tiny worked like a champ. The location was a 15-20+ min walk south of Montparnasse. Heating was good + extra blanket & pillow. TV worked, all seemed clean. "Bio c' Bon" grocery store across street -super if you like organic; Carrefour in same block.

The room is clean, comfortable. Note that the elevator starts 1 1/2 floors up. The wifi is an abomination. The people were generally nice.

bad hotel in Paris
The hotel was not very clean, the room we reserved was different from what we actually stayed in. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. I told the employee behind the front desk we paid thru expedia already and her response was we were not chargered, they just used our credit card to make the reservation. So I was charged on my credit card and had to pay another 150 euro.

I am not at all fussy about hotels but I found this one really low quality. The staff varied between absent-mindedly helpful to downright rude. The hallways and stairwells were really dirty and ugly, and the rooms were super noisy from traffic with really ugly lighting. Elevator is teeny-tiny so it's inconvenient to haul large bags in and out. I have been in more elegant youth hostels.

Value for money in an expensive city
Hotel was fine. We were on the top (6th floor). There is a lift which we used for the luggage. The staff were helpful when asked. Our french wasn't great and some of the staff had limited english but we were able to get the info we needed. Wireless internet was available, however we had trouble nearly every day using it as we had to get a temporary userid/pw from reception and although it was supposed to work for 7 days, each day it expired. This is a basic hotel, but when you don't spend a lot of time in your room it was fine. Paris is expensive and this hotel offered a good room at a good price. It was close to two metro stations and a supermarket as well as numerouse bars and restaurants.

Calle before!
I reserved through hotels.com and didn't take care of calling the hotel for confirmation. I arrived aroung 8pm and there was nobody there! I had to wait 20 minutes for he guy to appear!! Otherwise it's expensive for what it is but, you know, it's Paris.

The hotel is very minimal compared to other European hotels, but in Paris the accommodation is considered excellent. The room is small with private bathroom, not so usual in Paris. The bed is very comfortable. The elevator serves from the 2nd floor, so if you get a room on the first floor, you will have to carry your luggage via the stairs. The location is strategic. Very close to Alesia metro station, supermarkets and boulangerie

Cercato appositamente con parcheggio e indicato come hotel con parcheggio disponibile all'arrivo in struttura ci viene detto che non esiste nessun parcheggio. L'hotel è pervaso da cattivi odori e fumo pessima la pulizia , abbimo dovuto alloggiare altrove. Assolutamente da evitare pessimo!

J'ai oublié ma souris d'ordinateur dans la chambre, j'ai envoyé un mail 1 heure après quitté l'hôtel, j'étais dans le train. Pas une réponse. J'ai appelé le lendemain également, ils m'ont dit qu'ils répondraient, j'attends jours, 20 jours plus tard... Le sens du client, ce n'est pas ça.

Personne de l'accueil sympathique, mais des souris dans la chambre! Pas de lunette dans les WC, draps sales J'ai vu les souris longer les murs pendant la nuit, et les entendu grouiller dans les cloisons et le plafond. Un geste serait un minimum....

Un hôtel dégoûtant
De la poussière omniprésente même sur le papier hygiénique, des cuvettes de toilette avec des traces d'urine ou sans cuvette du tout, des tâches dégoulinante sur l'ensemble des murs des rideaux et de la literie et ce dans plusieurs chambres, fuyez c'est écœurant. Et bien sûr le tout pour une modique somme de plus de 160 € la nuit. Le seul point positif de l'hôtesse d'accueil mais bon malheureusement tout le reste est déplorable. Bien sûr aucun geste n'est fait de leur part malgré les désagréments et une propreté clairement NON à jour.

Beddengoed was gelukkig schoon. Wel zaten er vieze (geel/bruine) plekjes op de muur die er niet fris uitzagen. Ook in het gordijn zat een grote vieze plek dit geeft je toch een onprettig gevoel. De trap en trapbekleding heeft ook direct onderhoud nodig. De huidige staat schrok mij in eerste instantie wel af.

Hotel lamentable! propreté douteuse,aucun service,
Hôtel lamentable en mauvais état, rien à voir avec les photos de présentation, le gardien de nuit m'a obligé de redescendre les escaliers pour fermer la porte d'accès à celui-ci malgré mon âge et mes bagages, alors que la veille elle se fermait toute seule. J'ai averti Hôtel.com dès mon arrivée, j'ai été baladé pendant quatre heures d'un service à l'autre pour me dire à la fin que l'on ne pouvait rien faire et me reloger par mes propres moyens! C'est honteux! En plus j'ai contracté le covid pendant mon séjour comme par hasard? Je suis donc très mécontent de Hôtel.com et lui demande le remboursement de ce séjour non conforme à ce qu'il propose. Dans l'attente d'une réponse sous 48 heures J.P.
