Delightful family-run small hotel. Courteous and friendly staff. Very clean and well kept. Good breakfast. Well positioned for public transport and traditional local restaurants. Awful pictures of animals dressed as humans in public areas!See above

Great Location and Clean

Stay was good. The room was very tiny. Also, the morning we were leaving early I wanted 1 cup of coffee from the dining room and they were going to charge me 8 euros (which I thought was crazy). They also reserved a cab for us from the hotel to the airport for 62 euros (this also included a 7 euro reservation fee). I asked the concierge at time of reserving if I would need to pay the driver with cash or if they took card. The concierge said they take everything (they should have made sure of this if they told me this with the driver). That being said, I used the rest of my euros at dinner before flying home and planned to use a card in the taxi. We get to the airport and the taxi driver only takes cash. My husband had to run around the airport and look for an ATM (also pay the ATM surcharge for additional euros we weren't planning on pulling out) while I waited with the driver. All because our hotel couldn't confirm the cab also took card (even though they charged us 7 euros to reserve). This and the 8 euro coffee they wanted to charge me for left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very small

The room was incredibly tiny to the point that we could not sit down properly on the toilet seat without our knees hitting the wall. The courtyard leaves much to be desired, absolutely no view (false advertisement) and no bath as advertised

No Wi-fi

There was no working wifi. We ended up spending an extra 200$ to have data access. There was no try on the part of the hotel to fix this situation, or hep us in any way.

Dear Guest, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you have faced in July with our Wifi . Rest assure, we did everything we could to fix that sad situation. I have called the technician every day . As we could not find a satisfactory issue to that situation after 7 days of technical problems, I canceled our contract with our provider and immediately found a new provider, which has been a very expensive operation. In the meantime, we provided our guests with wifi hotspots for free . As we have a limited amount of devices, I regret that you did not get any to compensate the inconvenience. We are happy to inform you taht 2 weeks ago, we changed again our system and provider in order to always match with our guests' satisfaction . We now offer the optical fiber connection for free! We do hope to welcome you again in the future and to be given a chance to upgrade you , Kind regards Valerie Benigno Sales manager

6 days in Paris at St. Paul.

Pros: Size, atmosphere, charm and proximity to museums.
Cons: More variety at breakfast. What was there was great, just more variety would be nice.
Location: Walking distance to Luxembourg gardens, shopping , food, everything was nearby and if you need a cab just tell the desk and they are happy to ring you
The staff was great. Must say Stephanie went above and beyond scheduling our activities for us. If you like a boutique hotel rather than a chain hotel this is it. Close distance to Luxembourg gardens and a healthy walk to the Seine River and all that had to offer. We will definitely return to the St. Paul.
