There was no working wifi. We ended up spending an extra 200$ to have data access. There was no try on the part of the hotel to fix this situation, or hep us in any way.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you have faced in July with our Wifi . Rest assure, we did everything we could to fix that sad situation.
I have called the technician every day . As we could not find a satisfactory issue to that situation after 7 days of technical problems, I canceled our contract with our provider and immediately found a new provider, which has been a very expensive operation.
In the meantime, we provided our guests with wifi hotspots for free . As we have a limited amount of devices, I regret that you did not get any to compensate the inconvenience.
We are happy to inform you taht 2 weeks ago, we changed again our system and provider in order to always match with our guests' satisfaction . We now offer the optical fiber connection for free!
We do hope to welcome you again in the future and to be given a chance to upgrade you ,
