Charming Paris boutique hotelPosted Aug 27, 2015

I love this hotel and look forward to returning. Completely charming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and includes 2 lovely living room areas around lobby. Afternoon tea is served in the lobby living room with treats (included). A nice bar is then set up, as paid. The bathroom was marble and wonderful. The bed was very comfortable with a featherbed and great pillows. We had a small room on the front at a super rate. The street was kind of loud, but we did not care too much (that is why a 4 on this item). For a little more $, the other rooms are larger and face a courtyard on the back. I would spring for that the next time. The guests were well-heeled, friendly and from all over. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. There were both couples and families staying. The hotel is 5 minutes uphill on north bank from The Louvre, and 5 minutes from L'Opera in other direction. It is on a tiny street tucked between the larger streets. Fantastic location! We walked all over, except to Eiffel Tower area.

Charming small hotelPosted Aug 7, 2015
Pros: It was the perfect Parisian experience.
Location: It is on a small street near the Louvre. Many famous sites are within walking distance. Monmarte is less than a half hour Metro trip away.
Our room was clean and quite comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and very helpful as we made our way around Paris. We hope to stay there again some day.

Classy hotelPosted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: The air conditioner did not work.
Cons: They should have offered a full refund. It does not matter how nice your hotel is, if you can't sleep because of the room temperature, it is a waste.
Location: Location is excellent! It's very close to the Louvre and Palace Royale.
It is a beautiful hotel but our air conditioner did not work. When I left the room in the morning it was so cool in the hallway. I was told by the manager that I should have gone to the front desk in the middle of the night to tell them the room was hot. Who wants to get up, get dressed and have someone come in their room in the middle of the night? They could certainly tell when the room was cleaned in the morning that the air conditioner. Was broken. They did give us a 20 percent discount. That was not enough! If you have a reputable business, you guarantee your product or service. I expected more from an upscale, boutique hotel. The other nights of my month long trip through Europe were much more comfortable. The rooms were much less expensive (1/3 the price) and actually had air conditioners that worked!

Cute boutique hotel in perfect locationPosted Jul 19, 2015
We stayed here for 2 nights and found it really easy to find our way around paris. It is in a perfect location close to paris' main attractions, shopping and transportation. It is also on a quiet side street which was nice as you didn't hear much coming from the street. We had a standard room and found the bed a tad small even though we are quite short ourselves. The room it self is beautifully decorated, comfy and clean. Would stay again when back in paris.

LOVELY HOTEL IN THE FIRST ARRONDISSEMENTPosted Jul 6, 2015 on Hotels
A lovely hotel near The Louvre and the Tuillerie Gardens. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small (this IS Paris), but comfortable. Complimentary express breakfast and afternoon tea. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A very good value.
