The hotel is very nice and clean and we had a very cozy room. Excellent customer service. It’s located close to Eiffel Tower about 10 minutes walk.

Pros: This hotel is conveniently located near the metro. There are also several dining options within walking distance. Hotel breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The staff is courteous and attentive to guests’ needs. Cons: There is limited access to water. Upon check-in, the front desk promised us that we would have water bottles placed in our room’s fridge each day our room was made up. That did not happen. Secondly, there was a lack of communication regarding the taxi service to CDG. No information was given regarding whom or how we were to pay for the taxi until the driver demanded cash at the airport terminal. Luckily, we negotiated with the driver using US dollars since we had virtually no euros left. Overall, what started as a good experience ended with much stress. I would not recommend this property if hydration is a high priority. Furthermore, I would not recommend the taxi service to the airport. I would recommend this property if the length of stay is only one night.

They were very accommodating and were able to give us an early check in and late checkout as I had my baby with us. Very friendly staff as well. The location is fantastic for exploring Paris by foot or metro. The room was clean, with the travel cot set up before we arrived. No downsides for us at all
