Fab Stay
Cute Parisian boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and breakfast was perfect. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was well located to wonderful quaint cafes and sites. Staff went beyond all expectations with safety and client care.

I loved the staff ,they were very helpful and nice. They know how to make the customer satisfied Especially Mrs roubai the manager he goes above and beyond to make you comfortable beside his humour. Also the breakfast team were outstanding

Shower wall and tub and bathroom need some deep cleaning and the property in general is falling apart, room smells like sewer. Not worth your money, do not stay here. The only good thing about this hotel was the guy at reception was nice and helpfull, beds are not comfortable, very small pillows, theres no wi fi, lights don’t work. One of the worst stays ever!

Rooms are small but clean. Daily room service with fresh towels. Elevator is small - only 3 people at a time. Breakfast is very basic but filling. Very close to Metro station. Watch out for pick pockets especially on transit. Had group of young teenagers swarm me as I entered the train. Managed to get my wallet but I noticed it immediately and confronted them. Managed to get my wallet back but didn’t notice money gone until after they left train. Fortunately they did get much $. They are very fast and professional. Bottom line if you feel a group of people crowding you watch out.

No frills gem
Small room and quite basic, but clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had its own door off an internal uncovered courtyard, which was rather charming and meant there was no traffic noise. Metro station 100m from front of hotel (1 easy change to CDG airport) and lots of places to eat within similar distance.

Nice location, welcoming check in staff. Hotel pefectly located in area with wide range of restaurants, takeaways and Metro underground rail service so close. Ciel de Paris Restaurant just around the corner with spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower.

The style of the room we had reserved was not available (3 twin beds) but they gave us what they called a suite instead with a double bed and double sofa bed. It worked out ok for us because we were all sisters, but it may have not been ok if we were just friends. The courtyard was very nice and quaint!

Good location for gare montparnasse and the TGV to Toulouse. Good value for money for a family sized room but it was a bit tired and felt like it needed a good clean!

We were 3 no space to put our suitcases. The sheets were not changed even if there is a stain. Room for three too small to move around. Service cleaning too bad. We have asked to change but unsuccessfully.

I would have like a 1 floor room. After a long day of walking I didnt want to go up the stairs for the restroom and bed. But other than that it was wonderful!

Love Montparnasse and nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room really was too small however, despite having the little terrace. Moving between the end of the comfortable bed and wall to get from one side of room to other was extremely narrow and hard not to bump your head on the TV above. And the shower was tiny. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this hotel again on the promise of a larger room.

Worst hotel I’ve been to. The hotel is currently under construction. The receptionist sleeps on the lobby’s couch at night. Disgusting atmosphere.

Great location. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Very clean. It became our home away from home, albeit if the room was small - it is in Paris, after all. A small balcony was a delight.

Hotel was in walking distance of my train station, La Gare de Montparnasse; with comfortable functioning rooms; etc. My only complaint: although the manager was polite and well intentioned, he sometimes misunderstood simple requests such as setting up a wake up call, and it was hard to understand his French. Despite that problem, it was a generally good stay:

The room was very little and since we arrived the toilet was not working, we report it immediately and leave for the whole day, when we came back at night we were surprised it was still not working, that was a Friday and we were notified it was not going to be fixed until Monday!!! we asked to have another room and they told us they were booked, the receptionist did what he could to "fix" it but not really working, fortunately we were leaving next day.

The room we booked was confirmed through expedia, however upon arrival it was "over-booked" which i think was not true. Before we checked in there was a woman without a reservation asking if the hotel was booked. The hotel worker asked her to wait a moment while he helped us. His name was David and he was really rude at check-in. After looking up my reservation he told us he was moving us to the hotel down the street but when we got there it was clearly not the same quality as the hotel we originally booked. We waited hours before we finally got into our room. Later on when we went back to the hotel the lady without a reservation was checked in. He clearly moved us to a different hotel so that he could check her in, thinking we would not care. David said he would move us back to the original hotel for the second night. so the next day we checked out and tried to check into our new hotel around 12:30 and it was not ready. The day before we were told we could move rooms around noon. We waited around the lobby for an least another hour with our luggage and just decided to come back later. When we did come back to our new room the a/c was not working. I asked another hotel worker for another a/c unit and he was rude too. He said there were not a/c units and they were fully booked so we could not move into a different room. He told me that I could talk to them in the morning after i checked out. He said that was mornings shifts problem. This hotel clearly over books on purpose.

Paris tempers many ills. Great local food and quiet location overcomes poor accommodation maintenance and poor quality of attention to cleaning standards. None of the ambivalent Staff understood the AC, or the restroom accessories. Incorrect room assignment upon check in. Strangers barging into the room at 2 AM, by Staff mistake assignment of the room to two different families. No apologies. Correct room as booked, assigned after first night mistakes.

I don't recommend it to anyone, because they just don't care about people, they charge you 12 euros per person for breakfast, when it suppose to be free, hotel is old, smells bad, the power outlets were hanging off the walls, have to leave the key every time you leave the hotel, Wi-Fi to slow just don't recommend it
