No hot water and the staff lied about it!

We stayed two nights in this hotel without any hot water since we checked in in the morning of Christmas day, we told the front desk there was no hot water in our room, and the lady said it would be fixed soon. So every time when we were in and out of the hotel, we asked the staff if it was being fixed, and every time we got the answer "yes". However, it was never fixed for the two days of stay, and when we asked the manager what was happening, it turned out nobody was fixing it. We asked for room exchange, and was told the entire hotel was out of hot water. We asked why they were lying at the beginning, he made so many excuse, and didn't apologize a bit what they had done. We pointed out the fact he was there when the staff was lying, and he said he was not the manager and knew nothing, and there was no manager in the hotel. I have traveled over 20 years, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed, with such rude and indifferent attitude towards customers. Ironically, on the front door it shows a mark of four star, what kind of four star hotel this is!

Thank you very much for staying with us at the Victoires Opera Hotel,unfortunatly we ha experience an unpridicted accident we had all the boiling system that stopped and we were reporting to guests what was reported from the engineers trying to fix it, we are very sorry that this happened during your stay , all team at the Victoires Opera was so embarassed about the situation, we really wish it will be another occasion in wich you could experience another totally different well another good stay in the Hotel and the area.Very Kind Regards.Daniel,Guest Relations.
