I DEMAND A FULL REIMBURSTMENT!!

This was my worst experience in a hotel reservation from expedia. in fact i assuming that expedia didnt know about this lack of rispect!!. When we arrived the front desk told us that there were a problem (didnt spcified what!), and that we have been moved to another hotel from their company (i didnt recieved any mail regarding this). In addition they didnt help us to reach the new hotel and have to walk several minutes to go over there. When we arrive the "hotel" was under construction!!, painting odour everywhere, materials, dust, a complete disaster!!!. we took our luggage and head to another hotel (of course another fee!!!). this was a total disrespect for us and for everyone in that hotel!!!, please investigate this case!!! PS: I HAVE PHOTOS BUT THE PAGE ISNT WORKING

Dear M. Juan, Sorry for reverting to you lately, I didn’t see your comment. In order to understand what’s happened could you confirm us, which dates and hotel you booked, and whish one you were directed. I really don’t understand what happened. Our staff is usually nice and welcoming, and yes we have 2 hotels, but the other one is not under construction. Could you revert to me as to solve this problem and understand? Good location and great staff. Not the cleanest

The hotel room we had had seen better days - stains on the carpets, threadbare sheets, wonky beds that creaked whenever you moved. Even the electric kettle was temperamental. The bathroom was small but at least the shower was hot and had good pressure. I never quite felt as if the room was clean, but the communal areas were kept in nice condition. It is possible we had a dud room but we won't be coming back anytime soon

Dear Davina, We are deeply sorry about the stains on the carpets. Every 5/ 6 months we cleaned our carpets with a big shampoo machine. This winter was particularly dusty outside and as we received lot of customer the carpets became dirty too quickly. I have asked my staff to clean all the rooms encounter this problem. I agree, this is not acceptable and I would like to apologize once again for this problem. For the other problem you faced, I don’t understand as our hotel is new (rooms & bathrooms were refurbished less than 2 years) I know you wrote that you will not come back, but if you want to give us another chance we will be very happy to welcome. Nice hotel close to the public transportation

Pros: Nice and spacious suite
Cons: Suite should have locks for the bathroom and 2nd room if you are staying with the family.
Location: Close to all attractions using the public transport.
Nice hotel, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Staff will try to help you as much as can showing things on the map. I wish there weren't as many sex shops and strip clubs close by when you are staying with the family. If you are staying with the family, check another hotel close to the downtown area.

lovely stay!

Pros: space, friendly staff, decoration, coffee in the room, wifi
Cons: we were missing towels for all 3 pax staying in the room. the coffee wasn't filled in every day either.
I booked a triple room which comes with a lovely decoration. we had rather lots of space as for a Parisian hotel. The staff super nice and welcome. They offer a free snack accompanied with a drink in late afternoon. it's a small, quiet and friendly boutique hotel.

Great hotel, easy access to amenities

Stayed at the hotel for a long weekend, it was lovely. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. We had an issue with our toilet on the first night so the hotel moved us to an adjacent room the next morning. Our new room was even better. We didn't include breakfast in our stay but it looked good. Would definitely return in the future.

Excellently positioned Paris hotel

Pros: Location. Staff. Quiet.
Cons: Somewhere to put your toiletries while you are in the shower
Location: Close to Pigalle metro station and an easy (uphill!) walk to Monmartre Many bars and restaurants in the vicinity
The room was quite small but spotlessly clean and although we did not have any sort of view that meant the room was blissfully quiet. The staff were excellent; nothing was too much trouble and they were all friendly and polite. The tea/ coffee making in the room was a bonus. The location of the hotel is very good; an easy walk to the nearest Metro station and plenty of restaurants and bars also close by.

Nice hotel close to the sites

The stay here was lovely. Well maintained hotel but the rooms are quite small. Very close to sacre coer which is walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was great.

great small hotel in Paris at affordable rates

Pros: Staff very helpful and freindly, you feel welcomed from moment you chk in until you leave, great hotel rooms small but comfortable and very clean
Cons: all was great
Location: graet location close by shops restuarnts, stores, and entertainment area like Moulin Rouge it is a 50 Euro by taxi from Rossey airport Intern.
its a very nice small hotel in Paris , close by shops resturants , entertainment area , like Moulin Rouge, very clean and confortable , elevators, super professional freindly and helpful staff room have very nice bathroom small but complete with shower hairdyer, quiet , rates include continental breakfast, ..
