Nice hotel with excellent view

Pros: The View!!
Cons: Quickly get the Reno done!
Location: 10 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe. Cafés and eateries within the same building!
We stayed at this hotel during their renovation. So naturally, the reception area was very make shift, but it was ok. Check in was smooth, got a new room according to the staff, though the staff that checked us in was not very friendly, not much of eye contact when she spoke to us. Expected a bit more from a Hyatt hotel. When we got to our room, we were pretty annoyed with the renovation noise - I may have missed the information, but Expedia should've 'warn' its customers that the hotel is under renovation. Anyway, no further complain about the noise as they kept the work from 10am - 6pm, when we were out walking the streets of Paris. Room was reasonably sized, bed was comfortable, the view was fantastic!!! (We booked the one with Eiffel Tower View) Toilet was clean and good sized, the floor felt like it is heated - a real plus point. The shower area however had a bad drainage, a 2min shower will flood the area! And it is a NEW room. As for location, it is brilliant - we can reach the hotel from the metro without walking on the street - it was freezing outside.

Good Hotel in Paris

It's a good hotel, almost finished the remodelling. The confort of an American room but in Paris.

Very comfortable, staff is amazing, the hotel facilities as well, unfortunately we went while they were refurbishing various areas of the hotel so it was a little noisy in the morning though manageable. Great location! I would highly recommend it.

Excellent location.

Great location with airport shuttle pickup right out front. Renovation was going on and the voice was unbearable during the morning. But was fine in the evening.

Vert good location but vers outdated rooms

Pros: The location, the view
Cons: They need to upgrade the rooms and to be fair with them they are doing that but it will take another year.
On the plus side: great location, shopping mall underground, super quick access to the subway (line 1). On the negative side: my room was very outdated and the shower was leaking so much the floor was like a swimming pool. I was on the 27th floor and everything looks old.

Room was hot. No air con. Leisure facilities really poor for a Hyatt and 4* hotel in a capital city

The Hyatt is becoming beautifil.

The hotel is still being redecorated and reorganized, but the service is good, the staff willing and the food is plentiful. I have enjoyed each of my stags here and will return again.

Nice hotel for the sites

Good hotel and location, good choice for breakfast although expensive. Hotel at time of stay was undergoing lots of renovation work but still quiet and not disturbed.
