Great hotel in a very good position.

Pros: Beautiful ground floor space. Blissfully comfortable beds, clean, good sized rooms. Biggest plus is the fantastic, friendly and efficient staff.
Cons: Possibly, the rooms are a little tired in places, but this is a minor issue and we liked our room very much.
Location: An excellent location with a Metro stop just minutes away. Also, the Louvre,a is within walking distance and there is good shopping in the area.
On checking in for our first night, we were told that there was an official Delegation who had decided to stay an extra day. It was explained that the Government has a legal right to do this. This meant that they could not give us a room on our first night. We were therefore put up in the Hotel Scribe opposite the Grand. While this was a bit of an inconvenience (having to check-in the other hotel, check out again the next morning, then check-in to the correct hotel), the Customer Service Manager could not have been more helpful and apologetic. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne for our room, plus a three course dinner, room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. We were also given a voucher for a free glass of champagne at the gorgeous hotel bar which we could use at any time during our stay. We were given the same voucher the next day when there was a slight wait for our room. As the hotel was not responsible for our having to stay elsewhere for the first night, we were treated extremely well and fairly. The Service and Staff are immaculate at this beautiful hotel. Just so helpful and friendly and efficient. This made our stay especially enjoyable.

Expensive but worth every penny. Perfect location, perfect service. Beautiful room. Nothing bad here. High class.

Luxury hotel

Excellent location, good breakfast, very friendly staff, luxury hotel in opera area next to shopping centers. Nice restaurant in hotel resto cafe de la paix. Once I was having dinner with my friend in the hotel suddenly I saw a mouse on floor I told the waiter he said that he took care, however he didn't even call the manager to talk to us neither they presented a regret message we paid for the dinner normally. The manager could have come and check on us.
