Pros: Location, Staff
Good location right next to the old Opera House and Lafayette Shopping Gallery, Friendly Staff, Old hotel but maintained well. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: 朝食
Location: オペラ座近くで便利でした
エアコンが調子悪くスタッフに来て貰い直してもらいました。またや設備古いからでしょうがバスタブも小さかったですね。ホテルは威厳あり素晴らしいと思いました。

A thoroughly bigoted and elitist crowd

A terrible experience. Upon arrival we felt we were 'racially profiled' by a doorman, who insisted on viewing the contents of our backpack even though others were not asked. This was humiliating and not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bed in our room was made up as two twins, and not a double as booked. This necessitated a call to the front desk and a wait of 30 mins before service arrived to correct. The door of the bathroom had no lock, which was not comfortable. The general clientele here appear to be the ultra conservative, condescending far-right. This hotel does not have a comfortable vibe at all. Overall the stay was an awful experience and we will not be staying at any Intercontinental establishments again.

豪華だけに残念!

ベッドの寝心地が良かった。 シャワーの仕様が使い勝手が悪かった。 家族なのにかなり離れた場所に配置され 行き来しずらかった。もう少し配慮して欲しい。
