Overall great hotel
The hotel is clean and updated. The room we had was spacious and facing a smaller side street. The staff were friendly and would recommend. The only complaint was the construction taking place while we were there, one morning construction started around 830am.

It was nice and quite. I loved that we had the metro literally in front of the hotel and 2-3 other bus lines. The two regrets I have were not upgrading to an Eiffel tower view, and not trying the breakfast. Other than that it was perfect.

Wonderful hotel in great area of Paris
Great hotel in an amazing area of Paris. Our room, while small (typical for Europe), had a private balcony & a spectacular unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower - which was priceless. Fantastic shopping & restaurants in the area, and super convenient if using Paris metro. Staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful location for easy access to sites, however disappointed generally with hotel for the price. Room size as requested, quiet and good breakfast. Front desk staff satisfactory only and not overly helpful. No soft pillows at all. Room furniture shabby and scratched, no replacement of teas/coffee, bathroom dated, grout needs cleaning and towels a light grey colour and tired. The TV only had one English Channel - BBC

On arrival checked into first room - plumbing did not work (water didn’t drain away until morning with the aid of a plumber). Grout around bath was very discoloured. One wall had 3 paint colours (looked as if they were trial colours for repainting)! One more point, this is the only hotel in last 5-6 years that I’ve stayed at which doesn’t have a pod coffee machine (instant coffee is not something we expect these days!)

The room was small but spotlessly clean. The mattress was uncomfortable for my bad back. The location was perfect for walking to many attractions such as the Louvre, D'Orsey museum, Notre Dame, and the Seine. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Extremely disappointed. The hotel is in a very good area ok lobby, employees are friendly, but not dressed to the expectation for a four star hotel. The rooms are worst than an Ibis two or three stars hotel. I do know that starting May 01 the hotel is renovated, but this does not make me any more satisfied since we were charged for a four star hotel.

Since I didn’t have my mobile phone working. Plus the check in staff put my LAST name wrong, so my friend had to waited for me at the lobby in the morning for almost an hour. The don’t even bother to help and told him that the hotel had few hundred clients it’s impossible. The last day we had a package for delivery and been trying to call the lobby make sure it was delivered. They told me Nothing for me , until 9 pm I had to go downstairs to check it . The package was delivered since 6 pm. Very disappointed with the service. Only thing was the location is very good.

Location is great; there's a metro station right outside, although many attractions are walkable. We loved that it was close to places we wanted to visit, but wasn't as crowded with tourists. It was nice to go see the things we wanted to see, and then have a little break from the mob. The staff is super helpful (thanks Edouard and Cedric for the assitance with early check in!) and our room was lovely. Highly recommend the rooms with an Eiffel Tower view. We're already planning our return trip and will stay there.

The K&K is in a most wonderful area of Paris. It is an easy 10 minute walk the Musee D'Orsay, and the Louvre, and a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The restaurants and shop in St. Germain are fabulous! The buffet breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

That's Glenn for all of your help during our stay. Love the location of this hotel. They had a wheelchair available for us to use everyday which was amazing. Close to great restaurants. Walked everywhere - to the Louve, O'rsay, Siene River, shopping - LOTS. Such a cute, safe and non touristy area. Only complaint - housekeeping was so cheap with their items (coffee, tissues, toilet paper and whatnot). Otherwise all staff was great. Thanks for a great trip!

What a great hotel to stay in, when you know nothing about Paris. Walkable to lots of highlights and right across street from metro station. We took metro from bastille opera house to hotel at 11pm and it was totally safe and well-lit. Hotel has an excellent breakfast and a friendly little bar. Staff is great, beds comfy, water for shower always hot. Our room overlooked the Main Street and it was very quiet at night. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

The cozy city view rooms were nice but ordinary. The Eiffel Tower room had a nice view and was quite large. The porch had broken wood on the deck that had a previous attempted repair but really just needs replacing. Not a huge deal would have been an issue for anyone not steady on their feet like my elderly parents. The location of the hotel was not ideal for our situation. The neighborhood had a boulangerie (one of the best in fact!) and a cafe but the vibe was more furniture and bathroom remodeling and home decor stores. We prefer a more lively neighborhood with lots of different little restaurants and food. We felt like we had to walk minimum 15 minutes to get options, usually 25-35. This was a kind of a drag because there were times where we felt like we wanted to just pop back briefly to the hotel but it wasn't really worth the 30-60 minute round trip walk to go back. Again, this is very personal. We are a family of 6 so Ubers are a pain, my daughter was afraid of the metro after a horrid ride during the strikes where the trains was unlike anything I have ever experienced and she was separated from us and completely squashed amongst strangers... so we walked everywhere. We also have two vegans in our family so the lack of variety of dining close to the hotel was an issue. We had much better luck with this in the Latin Q, the Marais and Les Halles. It was very safe, just not best for us.

This is a solid 3.5 star hotel! If you've ever stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, its somewhat comparable, but without a free continental breakfast. We stayed in room 201 with a king bed, which was noticeably older, but adequate. Throughout the week, we noticed that the "refreshing" of the room varied, with our coffee cups noticably dirty many days, and the toilet/bathroom area needing a thorough cleaning! The inside of the toilet lid was disgusting when we arrived. Additionally, the paint was pealing around the shower, and the entire tub/shower setup was very weird, which allowed for water to constantly leak out onto the bathroom floor. The bed was soft, but adequate. Unfortunately, we were in a room above the delivery area, so were consistently awaken in the morning by loud banging. However, due to the thickness of the walls, absent external noise, the room was very quiet, which was great! Again, its a solid 3.5 star hotel, and as long as the price remains reasonable (no more than 200 Euro per night), we would would stay there again!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Like most European hotels, the room is not large. However, it is clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Will definite return if I visit Paris again.
