@ minute walk from train station

I enjoyed my stay at the Kyriad. We were within walking distance from the train station (which takes you throughout the city). The room was equipped with towels, WIFI, coffee and tea maker, TV with cable. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from Disneyland and includes ticket prices. The staff was amazing and were willing to answer our questions without hesitation.

Dirty & small hotel

This hotel was nothing like it looked like on the website. Our room was tiny and filthy. I didn't want to walk barefoot, or even put my luggage on the floor. I didn't even want to touch the walls because they were stained, but had to in order to maneuver in the tiny space. The bathroom was so filthy I didn't shower the one night we stayed there. I couldn't wait to get out.

Pros: over the raod from Gare du nordN
Cons: better walls between rooms
Location: nr eurostar
The walls in this hotel that you could hear every sound (and I mean every sound) from the room next door including snoring (amongst other sounds)when the lights were off the light from the next room could be seen under the skirting board. I’ve used Kyriad hotels before and they were okay id never stay in this one again. It’s very close to the Gare du Nord but here are plenty of others in the area as well

Will never stay here again; the place was run down, smelly, and not clean. Not sure how this was rated so high. I was looking for a 4 star place but found this through Expedia. Very disappointed

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better booking system
Location: Run down with drunks, homeless and beggars.
Arrived at 8.30 pm having booked this hotel 2 months ago, when we walked into reception we were greeted with sorry we have over booked, so walking the streets of Paris at night with all your luggage and in this run down area with a child is not the best experience I would wish on anyone!!!

Pros: Nothing much except easy to find it.
Cons: Guest service, the hotelier especially the night shift man has to learn how to treat their guest.
Location: Surrounded area is a train station where has a lot of restarants and retailers as well as money exchange (Western Union) is a cross the street.
It was my first visit and stay in Paris. So, I decided the location where I can easily find and come back from anywhere in the city. It works out good for me. However, the hotel was small and no air condititioning was a discomfort. Hotel offer a continental breakfast, but I did not realize it has to be paid until check out and also the city tax has to be paid, but was not informed when we checked, which was another surprize.

OK for one night

Pros: Location
Location: Gare du Nord across the street, subway entrance next to the hotel. Lots of eating places nearby, but the area is a bit seedy.
The hotel is somewhat ran down. The carpet and room furniture look thirty years old at least, although bathroom is more modern. Had a large stain on the carpet that smelled like wine. Tiny elevator, barely fits one person with suitcase. OK for the price and close to Gare du Nord for a morning train, which is what it was for.
