Great hotel and a great location!

Pros: Cleanliness, amazing concierge, great location.
Cons: Price of the restaurant and bar is absurd. We avoided it altogether.
Location: Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, flagship Louis Vuitton store!
We wanted to be close to Champs Elysees and this hotel is right between the Four Seasons and the Bentley car dealership so you know immediately you're in a fine location. Great restaurants and juice bars nearby. In hindsight we fell in love with the Marais neighborhood so next time we visit Paris we will likely stay in that area. Close to metros is a must when planning Paris.

Beautiful hotel close to beautiful places of Paris

I was staying there with my wife and my daughter for a week and really enjoyed every second of it! Very lovely staff. You really feel welcomed and taken care of! Breakfast was nice. It's close to all of the beautiful places you want to see in Paris and it's only walking distance which was also a pleasant part of our staying! This would be a hotel I would recommend to my friends to stay! Thank you!

Nice looking hotel in a good location. Wouldn't give it 5 stars. Few things we couldn't find/were not working at the room - TV remote was not working and was fixed only the day after we requested to do something about it. We had a booking for 3 people, however received only 2 sets of toiletries and towels, we called reception to request another set, the cleaning lady (who didn't speak English) just opened the door herself and came in to our room without knocking to ask what we needed. Hammam and sports area are really small and fells like they are there just for a tick. Breakfast was very average, even the parts that we needed to pay for. Generally, nice location, will probably look another hotel for this price

Warm friendly staff and a great location.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel and found the hotel perfect for seeing Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner reservations. I can't comment on the hotel food because we dined outside of the hotel for our meals, though the setting looked very nice. The bathroom we had was very spacious with a double door entrance. The only slight criticism I would note is that when using the rain shower head over our tub some water would find its way to the bathroom floor because their was no glass enclosure or curtain.

The staff went through all my stuff in my room and stole my money and other stuff... Honestly the worst was the reaction of the hotel director. She never wanted to let me have a copy of the room data and have a look at the camera to know who had visited my room. Looks like something well planned.
