Lovely Hotel in the heart of St Germaine! Close to everything! Our room was lovely and very clean. The staff was lovely to us. I highly recommend this sweet hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very professional, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is convenient to shopping, the metro, the Louvre museum, restaurants etc.

The rooms are great and about to be updated. The best part was how we were treated. I will say as a traveler of over 45 years. This was the best service and treatment I have ever experienced. Thank you to the staff and management of the hotel .

Dear guest, we are sorry to read your comment. The temperatures these last days in Paris have been above the norm and unfortunately our air conditioning has been experiencing technical problems. We have provided fans to all customers who requested them and our technical service was working non-stop on this problem. The system took a long time to restart and we apologized. As for the problem reported in the shower, according to our technical log it was fixed as soon as it was reported. We are sorry again and we hope to convince you during your next stay in Paris. The service was impeccable. I was especially happy when I arrived extremely late, and was greeted by hotel staff. There were many factors that caused me to arrive after midnight, however there was a very helpful gentleman there to greet me, and check me in. The area has some awesome dining options, withing a couple of blocks walking. Metro, and buses are also just 2 blocks from the property.

This property is only a ten-minute walk from the Louvre! Many museums are located within a thirty minute walking distance, which reduces taxi/cab costs and allows visitors to take a walk in Paris. The staff are very friendly, multi-lingual, and knowledgeable about the area. We asked about pharmacies, shopping recommendations, and even where the closest souvenir shop was, and guest services were quick with directions and suggestions. I would note that the hotel is in France, and as such uses European outlets. American outlet cords will not work. The room we stayed in did not have a USB charging outlet, so we had to conserve our phone batteries until we could find alternative charging stations.

We spent 2 nights at Villa St. Germaine des Pres and the staff were very helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and a good size. We had some specific requests and they were very helpful in meeting our needs. The location was ideal.

This is a wonderful hotel with an ideal location in the beautiful Saint Germain des près neighborhood. Only improvement could be to have recycling available in the guest's rooms. Delicious breakfast!

Such a gorgeous boutique property with wonderfully kind and helpful staff! Free drinks and snacks in the cozy lounge by the fireplace! Walking distance (1 block) from fabulous restaurants and trendy shops. Very classy! The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up! Note: if you’re a light sleeper the street facing rooms are a bit loud due to all the action in the area, but we enjoyed the floor to ceiling doors that opened to the street. Big bathroom with tub and very hot shower! Everything was top notch! Would recommend! Also, I had to change my reservation from 4 to 2 nights; they are strict with the 48 hr cancellation policy but were kind enough to let me change without one night’s cancellation penalty for a shorter stay which I truly appreciated! I can’t wIt to stay again. Loved it! Definitely 5 star quality. They even were able to help us with getting our antigen test just 2 blocks away. Done in 15 minutes no problem. Extremely convenient location that feels authentic- locals abound. Truly a gem.

We were in the most expensive room. It was spacious (though low ceilings in this top floor called for caution). The bed was comfortable. Really nice decor. Some of the electrical equipment (refrigerator, one of the wall plugs) needs an upgrade and a hotel of this quality should really have a Nespresso or similar machine in the room rather than instant coffee. For some reason the smart TV wouldn't screen mirror our apple laptop. Probably our fault. Lovely area with many great sights and restaurants. The staff were super helpful. Good fitness room. In room breakfast was good on lazy days, but with so much great stuff just around the corner, don't be lazy.
