Incredible value, comfortable, blackout curtains that really black out, good breakfast, sauna, amazing staff and perfect to visit Versailles early and before the large crowds.

Nice room. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which is convenient when traveling with a partner. Good shower with both rain shower head and handheld. Great bed and pillows. 2 free bottles of water daily. Very convenient to walk to Versailles palace and multiple bakeries and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property itself was nice and served its purpose. The train station is nearby that made getting around convenient. The location is a bit far from the main city.

Terrible. Not a chateau and no hammam... Cheap furnishings and fittings. Very basic. Small lobby, small bar. Breakfast, expect no help, we asked for oat cappuccino and were told make your own- fine, but then someone else was served one from the kitchen? There was no oat milk in the machine. They were not interested. The Sauna and steam were FILTHY. As I walked in, someone had taken a shower and there were HUGE puddles on the floor and I nearly fell. I then went to the sauna for a few mins as it was -3 outside and my body was stiff and whilst I was sat in the sauna a poor man came in to area and slipped because of the puddles on thr floor from the shower leadinh to the main door. Shen I opened the door to the steam room, the smell of BO was so vast and when I looked on floor, there were tonnes of body hair. It was disgusting. There were no towels in the sauna/gym area and NO water there so I had to dash to my bedroom before I passed out. I think the no water thing was most worrying for me. This wasn't a cheap hotel, I could have stayed at the Waldorf for same price. We had no help with our luggage either. No welcome drink. There were no bathrobes as stated in the booking. Bad experience, skip it. Tacky, underwhelming.

amazing location
The hotel was very good and the staff were incredible. however when I arrived in the room, there was a tampon in the toilet. I am aware mistakes happen apart from that small mistake the hotel was amazing, location was perfect right next to the palace.

The Hotel Le Louis Versailles Chateau L'M Gallery was both beautiful and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help and assist you. The location is absolutely perfect! You are only a five minute walk from The Palace of Versailles, and several local souvenir shops and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel to any and all people traveling.

Great weekend in Versaille - visiting the Palace and all the other sites. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was very good - quality and choice. I would stay here again if I return to Versaille.

A great hotel let down by the little things
The hotel itself is excellent and the proximity to Versailles couldn't be better (5 mins walk). However, there seemed to be some staff issues exemplified by some tardy service. We also ate in the restaurant one evening, which was a massive disappointment. My wife tends to vegetarianism, but the only menu choices were steak (3 ways) or a vegan menu, which frankly shouldn't be offered to anyone on a paying basis, it was so boring.

This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at on my trip to France. Buffet in the morning I highly recommend. The accommodations are worth every penny and the convenience from the train to any other destinations is easily done walking.

Superb location, just a few short minutes walk from the Versailles Palace. Very nice hotel, very comfortable, elegant decor, courteous and accommodating staff. Will definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family that want to stay in Versailles to get the most out of their Versailles Palace and Gardens tour. We got two full days of Versailles out of this 2-night visit because the proximity allowed us the convenience to return for a second day to the Palace.

Our visit was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and the location was fantastic. The highlight of our trip was dinner at the hotel restaurant. Teddy, our server, was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a gala at Versailles Palace. This is the closest hotel in Versailles to the palace. Once you walk outside the front door of the hotel, the palace is 1/2 city block away. The staff were amazing and treat you like first class. They were very kind to switch my room on my last night due to the lock on my hotel room door not working. They graciously upgraded my room to a suite. Be aware of booking a room with a balcony! It's not really a balcony. It was a roof top window with a view of a building under construction. The noise level from the construction made it impossible to leave the window open. You cannot even sit outside on the balcony making it unusable. They should just say it's a window. When I asked the front desk about this since I had paid more for my room to have a balcony with a view, they told me that the balconys are really just for smoking. Lol. Anyways, they gladly moved me to another room which I appreciated. I also loved that they had luggage storage! Overall I'd stay here again simply because the staff were so amazing and the property is beautiful.

The room had a little bit of a funky smell, but the gym upstairs was great as well as the downstairs bar. The location was also extremely convenient and central.

Great hotel but not in the summer
Great location. Nice facility. Great staff. BUT both our rooms had serious air conditioning problems that went unaddressed despite several requests. Staff seems to think smiling at you is an adequate substitute for cooler air in your room. So dont go in the summer it is no fun trying to sleep with a room temperature above 82 degrees.

Directions to the hotel by car unclear and parking car confusing. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Room size for ‘superior’ rating is very small but otherwise comfortable. Bar area is pleasant and reasonable breakfast. Great location for Versailles Chateau and gardens.
