Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. This place has a fun, unique vibe. The rooms have a curated feel that makes the whole experience a lot of fun. It is located in the heart of the neighbourhood letting you make the most of your stay. The small cafe next door is also a great way to start your morning with a latte, cappuccino, or espresso.

A wonderful stay
We stayed 2 nights at Le Pigalle and had a wonderful stay. We came to the check-in at about noon, and the receptionist told us that our room was not yet ready. We told her that we understood it perfectly as we were early. The room became available well before the scheduled check in time of 3pm and we went in. The room was amazing. It was large for Paris and had a full size bath in connection with the room, 2 sinks, a small table with a chair next to it , a king size bed. There was also a shower room and a separate toilet. Everything was spotlessly clean, Full size Le Labo toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion - were provided. The king size bed was super confortable. On the first night condoms were provided on the shelf next to the bed so they apparently and understandably expected people to get in the mood for love in such a lovely room. The room faced the inner yard which meant that there was no street noise. The fridge was well stocked. When we bought some smoked salmon for breakfast and put it in the fridge the evening before and noticed that the temperature of the fridge was too warm for storage of food. They had various Le Pigalle branded products in the room. I bought the laundry bag as a souvenir from the reception. Everybody at the reception and the bar were lovely. The purpose of our visit was to have a belated 40 year anniversary break. We will be back!

In a great part of town this hotel is good value, unique and fun to boot. The large sized smellies - not the silly plastic small ones that are so bad for the environment - were much appreciated.

Loved my stay here! Very cool and vibey place If you’re a fashion or creative type. Balcony room was amazing, area has tons of restaurants, but actually ended up eating at the hotel restaurant bc it had such a good crowd and DJ. Highly recommend! Also Lydia was great and so helpful!

First, this is NOT a family friendly property. This hotel has a very adult theme in a very adult neighborhood. That being said it was very charming, spacious, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My only real complaint is that our window opened up onto a light shaft, so no view, but that's minor at best. I would definitely recommend it to young couples and people without kids.

Fantastic hotel ! Charming and chic. Great neighbourhood. Beautiful rooms (with good air conditioning)! We got there three hours before check in and were expecting to just leave our bags, but they made an effort to find a room for us right away. Excellent staff. highly recommend.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff were all young and helpful. I'm used to places like the Hilton and other big name hotels but this hotel was so hip and we felt very cozy. My wife kept saying she loved this place. The beds were comfortable. Getting around by taxi or subway is easy. There are good places nearby to have adult beverages, coffee or small grocery stores. We will definitely come back again.

I love how there’s a dj in the lobby in the weekend, a stripper pole and great food. The location is near some great bars and close to the metro. Second time staying there and would stay again next time I go.

The room was amazing. Very chic and Parisian. And super romantic. The record player was a nice touch. It does get loud at night because it's near a lot of nightclubs and bars but we're New Yorkers and we're used to street noise. Very close to shopping areas and easy to walk to where you want to go.

Nice hotel, lovely staff and great breakfast but the room is quite small and doesn’t function well. The furniture needs to be more productive for the size of the room. It was very hard not to hit off things in the room.

Excellent hotel in a very safe, easy to access area. The room was clean, modern and tastefully done with the cutest balcony! And the staff was phenomenal. Everyone we met - from the bartender to checkin staff was friendly and helpful. The property also has the cutest cafe and Manisha, who works there was so sweet! Thank you for giving making our time in Paris the best!

Loved the hotel and the area where it’s located. The vibe is cool, friendly and very welcoming! The room is not big, but stylish and has everything needed. The bed is comfortable, toiletries are of excellent quality. Hotel’s staff was super knowledgeable and delivered an excellent service during our stay. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotel made sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! We had complimentary champagne delivered to our room which was very thoughtful. Will definitely come again! Highly recommended))

Cool and trendy but lacking some basics. Overall the place is super cool and meets many of the design hotel aspects. But the noise at night (Thursday through Monday) was insane, with people screaming and fighting outside and waking us up every night. There was no basics like a kettle( we asked and they don't provide) or coffee. You could get a coffee for $8 if you wanted.

Truly appalling service, room was smaller than it looked in the photos, food was bad and incredibly expensive (and you have to order through a clunky, elderly ipad and half the time the app they force you to use doesn't even work), also do not take any toiletries with you when you leave as we were charged €150 for doing so.

Wow you've been so fast for this review just 2 minutes after your phone call to the reception requesting the refund for the Labo Products you took from the room. I'm sincerely sorry for that but we are speaking about 330ml bottles, high quality products, of course you cannot leave with them for free. Feel free to check the cost of Santal 33 on the Labo website.... Regarding the room Pigalle 22, it's 22sqm and I guess well describe on the website. Regards, Xavier

But a few things could be better… no staff to check us in, the room we booked wasn’t the room we got (so why give us the option when booking), plumbing so noisy we had to abandon having a bath. This place could be great, just takes more attention to detail.
