Dear Madam,It is always our practice to respond to comments, whether positive or negative, and we are truly shocked by your comments that call our staff into question. When you arrived, we explained that the room was not ready because it was still too early (the arrival time is 2pm). At 2pm, you got your room back. In the evening, you came to reception to ask for more towels. We didn't refuse to give you any, but explained that you'd have to wait for the evening person to arrive (the person at reception being alone, she couldn't leave reception) before we could give you another. Once the evening person had arrived, our colleague gave you the towels you had requested.Our front desk manager, as soon as the comment was posted, made sure to call and email you, but she never heard back from you.As you can see, many reviews of our establishment highlight the reception and service provided, and we always strive to satisfy our customers.We remain at your disposal,Regards,
