Me and my wife stayed here for new years eve. The staff were polite, nice and tended to our needs. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and we fully recommend this hotel.

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. Extraordinary
Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

Sleepy spot a couple blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. We were hoping to get a chance to use the pools - but you had to book ahead of time at the front desk and the hours seemed not so convenient if you are trying to see the sights during the day. Wish it was easier to access and that they offered massage services etc.

This property was extremely disappointing. Our room wasn’t what was represented to us in the picture when we booked. There were lights out in the bathroom, shower wasn’t working, the TV remote didn’t even have batteries. Called to get coffee at 6am and said sorry have to wait until 7am. Mind boggling to me when you’re paying 700$ a night. We were traveling with children and in the bathroom there was a rack to hang things. On the bottom there were 2 metal anchors to hold the rack and one had a plastic protector and the other was exposed in which my son banged his head on the metal. Light switches were dated and faulty couldn’t turn certain lights off. The spa was closed as well. I am not one to complain but when you’re paying as much as you are per night you expect better. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

The room did not match the description, I know that it is not always like the photo but it needs a serious refresh (furniture, carpet, curtains, and bathroom). We arrived in the evening and the staff who did our check-in was so new he didn’t know which building our room was (nor did the person who helped with the luggage) so we lost 15 min going up and down looking for our room. There was no bottle of water so I had to boil water in order to take my medicine with tea (and no bottle was left during our stay) which we mentioned at checkout and at least we were told that it was unacceptable

I’m very disappointed regarding commitment. I’ve asked for parking and I was told will cost €60 per day on the hotel carpark. First day was all ok on second day when I came back to the hotel after a day in the city with the car i was told that the car park its full and I don't have to park. I left in the middle of the night with no parking when I booked for 2 days. Very unprofessional.

I have stayed at this property several times in the last five years including my honeymoon. This time I was staying with my wife, my new baby and my best friend in a two bedroom suite. The service by the front desk and concierge people was amazing. Problems with the hotel that can’t be fixed.. The nice rooms face the road where the Peninsulas service doors are. Constantly from 11pm until 6am they have deliveries and workers come in and out. It’s about 25 meters across the street, we could not sleep. The heat is controlled by the building. It was scalding hot the entire three days. We asked to turn on our ac and they said it was off for the winter. Lastly the electricity went out four times in three days. Each time we had to call down to have them come fix the problem. Lastly, the manager of the hotel is extremely disappointing. We heard it from several people that work in the hotel that he has made long time clients look elsewhere. As great as the employees are, I could never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone based on the facts above.

Very disappointing to be woken up by a drill in the room next door at 7am. Also the tv is working erratically and I mentioned the annoying harsh blue lights that flood the room at night. The hotel ‘remedied’ by sticking a white sheet of paper on top which didn’t help at all. Shame because the reception staff is friendly. However I would have expected some kind of gesture on departure rather than being asked to settle for the few euros of extras. I wonder whether this room was earmarked for Expedia guests...

However, we are very surprised about the grade given and would like to add few more details about your stay. On the first day, you called the reception to express a sound problem on the TV but asked for the maintenance service to come on the next day, what they did. When they came on the next day to check the problem, it appears everything was working properly. On the day of your departure, it is true that you have been disturbed by the drill in the room next to yours, and the receptionist immediately apologized and asked the worker to stop, which he did. She apologized again when you came for your checked out and replied that right after her intervention, the noise stopped. You also mentioned that you enjoyed your stay except the noise on that morning, and proceeded to the check-out without saying or asking anything else. The first room did not have an internet connection, the second room had no headboard with a very uncomfortable bed and the third room had a bed with two bed bases and mattresses making you fall in the middle with a poor internet connection. I will not return to this hotel.
