Comfortable, clean, great location

Posted Feb 11, 2017
id stay here again. Affordable and in a great location. Starbucks and McDonald's along with cafes and restaurants near by. Down side is, the door to the hotel locks and you are left locked out. This happened to us twice where there is no one at the front desk to unlock the front door and we're left in the cold. The staff is helpful, sedrick helped me print some important documents and even offered me coffee late at night while working on the lobby computer.

Nice but noisy.

Posted Nov 20, 2016
The bar maxim across the street went up til 3:30 am! Wasn't very nice being sleepless in Paris. Even thought about catching an afternoon nap, but no luck with the street noise. Great location, nice helpful staff, lots 9f local options for food.

Dear Kellie, Thank you for your comment. We regret that you didn't enjoy your stay because of the noise. Yet we are located 2 bloks away from the main and lively street and our one-way street is reputed as a quiet street and consists of only one cafe in the end of the street ending at 1.00am. Moreover each room get double glazing. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience during your next stay. Best Regards,

Small room

Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: Stuff and breakfast
Cons: It is impossible to make the rooms bigger, but at least ventilation and lightning may be improved
Location: All sightseeing place are in walking distance
The room was really small for a 4 star hotel and missed a lot of musts for a hotel room:place for suitcases, drawers and a wardrobe. Problems with ventilation: we had to open the window to fresh the air. Really hard to find: to big sign! But the staff was really nice and the buffet breakfast is really fine!

Great hotel in a great location with amazing staff

Posted Jun 4, 2015 on Hotels
This was a great hotel for our holiday in Paris. The location was great and we were close to the Gare Du Nord and also close to a few of the main metro lines which we used very often. The staff were amazing and were very helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was amazing and we loved it each morning. The one and only problem I had with the hotel is the bathroom. Although the room itself and the bathroom were very good and very clean, there was a window so that anyone in the room could see into the bathroom which I was very uncomfortable with when using the toilet. There was a blind, but it was so thin that it made no difference. Other than that, I found no faults :)

NO room cleaning and worst customer services!

Posted Jun 2, 2015 on Hotels
This is one of the worst hotels we've stayed. We stayed there for three nights and there were no room cleaning services. We told the front desk twice and it happened everyday still; we had to request the clean towels everyday. It's like French people on strike on their hotel services. The room is small and sufficient for young and slim couple; I would not recommend it at all.

Pros: Very clean, big room and bathroom (premium room) for Paris completely renovated.
Location: Near Gallery Lafayette and the Opera. Lots of theaters around. Pretty central.
Very nice hotel. Very clean and modernly renovated. Great bed.

Nice Hotel, clean and tidy and in a good location but very small..... Not really a 4 star but better than a 3 star.
