I arrived at the Hotel , no elevator was working, they did help me with my luggage upstairs all the way to 6 th floor
I left my room at 1pm , Return to the Hotel at midnight, my room was still not clean. This was verified by the 2 attendants on Sunday Jan 24 2016. I asked for a refund and they refused
