There were bed bugs. When informing the hotel desk by email there was no reply. This ruined an otherwise pleasant hotel experience.

As mentionned previously through our GSS system, I really deplore that situation, and could have been more reactive as soon as you mention that to us during your stay. The email after your stay doesn't allow us to help you during your stay.
