I wasn’t too happy with this hotel at all. Firstly, I purchased an adapter but it wasn’t working so I asked for a refund. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so I showed them my bank statement and everything but they didn’t refund me because according to them, they couldn’t see any transactions made. Worse part of it is that they even kept the adapter and offered me nothing. Not even a new one. So now I’ve lost money. Also the room was so cold.

We had our flight Venice to Paris cancelled due to Italian strike, called as soon as we got the email to try and manage not losing the whole reservation and they declined every suggestion. We understand the hotel has its own rules, but this was something we could not know, there were no plane ticket or even train tickets that would allow us arriving the day of our reservation, only day before or days after. They charged the whole cancellation. These are things costumers appreciate, individualizing cases, knowing when to be flexible and when a cancelation is not an option.

Room was ok. Getting woke by housekeeping at 9am on a Sunday morning was not. Had to always ask for extra towels and toilet rolls. We also had someone come to door at 10am asking if we wanted tea or coffee with a trolley? Very strange.

I've stayed many times at this hotel and normally it's excellent, but this time (May 2023) there were a few issues. I know most of the hotel has been refurbished recently, but it feels like this room had been forgotten - the bathroom especially feels old and tired (even if perfectly clean). The shower holder broken so had to hold shower by hand. Not a disaster, but inconvenient when in a hurry. I requested a receipt to be emailed, but didn't receive it until I chased via email. Apart from these issues, the rest of the hotel is great and the breakfast was excellent, as always!

Really disappointed. Had no hot water for both nights of my stay. Yes, I made reception aware of this however it was ‘a problem in the hotel’. And because I’d already pre-paid, and was in a rush to get to work there was little time for a rebate. Just very poor. They seem busy, but in a mess.

They had construction works and there was no warning when I booked, nor when I checked-in. I couldn't sleep. They also promised to send someone to pick up my dry cleaning while I was out, but never did. I needed the clothes ironed for a business meeting.

I was happy when I was told that there was a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. When I asked if it was the vehicle that was parked outside, I was told no. The shuttle was supposed to leave every 30 minutes; however, the guy showed up 15 minutes late and my friend who was tired of waiting when to use the toilets and the guy said he can’t wait two minutes since he had people waiting. I was the person waiting and he showed attitude when I told him that it wasn’t faired that I waiting for him for 25 minutes. The guy at the door told me that it was my friend’s fault that we will not get the shuttle to get to the station since she went to use the restroom. I don’t understand after waiting 25 minutes, the staff is blaming a guest. I went to the restaurant for food and the waiter barely helped us. The lovely guy from the bar had to come to the restaurant to help us. When I asked the waiter for separate checks, he brought only one and got upset when I told him about it. When I finally got to the room that day super late, I found out that I had barely toilet paper in the bathroom, it was never placed new toilet paper in the room. I had to go to the reception, which takes forever to asked them for toilet paper. I can say the guy who helped me was super nice and very helpful. When I went to check out in the morning, no one was at reception. After waiting for 10 minutes and a few “hello” to make people to come out of the office, someone showed up.

This hotel is NOT centrally located to all of the happenings for Paris. You will pay immensely for your transportation needs for the taxi, Subway, or Uber. Those options will be your best bet. They do offer a shuttle to the La Defense station, but it doesn’t run often and it starts and stops at certain times. Unfortunately, when I needed them the most, the shuttle was not available. I had to walk several times to the subway station in order to make connections to go into Paris. Let me add, the staff was sometimes rude but helpful when I was in a bind offering other suggestions. I have visited Europe several times and knew that the towel situation is very different than here in the US. Europe doesn’t used face towels so I brought my own. My personal towel came up missing and was never found before I left the property. I was not impressed to say the least and with this property. I would suggest that you stay closer to the subway station if you do want to stay in the suburbs of Paris. If you stay, ask for the street view. The terrence view is terrible!

The hotel is quite a distance from central Paris be prepared to use the metro. The bar had no staff on one night we were there and we were unable to get served. The hotel is advertised as having a rooftop bar & we were looking forward to seeing the views after a long day out. However the bar was being renovated and was inaccessible. One member of staff (a polish lady) was extremely helpful and lovely.

Good place to stay for short city
We booked this hotel for a short city break, the location was good and it is reasonably priced, 10 min walk to Metro (Esp la defence) and 15 min walk to Train station. Conveniently placed for local shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room didn't really have the space to fit the bed for my 8 year old, a bit too much of a tight fit.

Great for more affordable, shorter stays in Paris
The hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly spacious. The staff is friendly and the amenities are good. The closest major station is Le Defense, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. It's another 20-30 mins to get to any of the major sites in Paris. I would stay there again if the price is right.

I thought the location was fantastic. Close to everything you could need. The room was clean however I found the bed uncomfortable. I also found the room very hot at night and the air conditioning wouldnt go low enough to make a difference. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for a night or two on business. Any more and I would suggest going somewhere nicer.

Nice hotel with view to the eiffel tower
Our room had an amazing view on the eiffel tower, the arc de triomphe and rest of the city. It was very clean and we had a safe, a mini fridge and a really big flatscreen tv. Next to the hotel is the "charras - centre commercial" where you can buy almost everything. In there is also a small bakery, a big supermarket, many restaurants, bars and cafes and many others. It's a 8 minutes way to walk to the metro station "esplanade de la défense", where a metro drives every 2 or 3 minutes.

Well, the overall experience was ok I mean the front desk team is very efficient, my check in was done by Svetlana, was fine. The room was very noisy from 11 am till 18, they are doing refurbishments in the whole building, I think the hotel should be closed due to the refurbishments but of course they need to do money 24/7... No hot wáter in the bathroom at 9 am, not useful when is -8 degrees C. outside but well, should be because the whole hotel was taking a shower at the same time but they should know that. Housekeeping team, lovely and kind.

The Bar and Restaurant Staff - NOT GOOD
The Bar and Restaurant Staff including room service were a complete let down. I would not recommend this hotel for business users. No one really makes an effort to make your stay comfortable or worthwhile. The staff in the bar and restaurant need to be replaced with younger people with a good level hospitality skills. Only good thing about the hotel is the location - you are very close to lots of restaurants. Each time I called for room service the call was answered but as soon as i spoke in the English the person would stop talking and leave me holding without saying anything. Food meal is limited, really you get more choice at MacDonald. The gym is limited to four pieces of equipment and there is not space to stretch or warm up.
