too far from paris

Pros: Nice lobby and staff. Food was very good. Service was good.
Cons: Shower tub enclosure design allowed water to go to floor no matter what we tried. Light needed replaced. Computer should be able to be used by English
Location: ok if you needed to be close to Orly Rungis Airport
Too far for Paris commute, my fault in booking. That said, staff did everything they could to help with booking attractions for us. Special thanks to Nikki and another brown haired lady, didn't get her name. Thanks so much for their patience. Hotel P.C. couldn't be changed to English.

Indeed the hotel is not in the center of Paris but in Rungis. However you can reach Paris by public transportation in 30 minutes or by taxi in 15 minutes. A very nice hotel close to Orly Airport

Pros: modern light and comfortable
Cons: improvements to the outdoor swimming pool
Location: visit Paris
Having driven from the South of France it was very welcoming reaching this hotel which is in Rungis near Orly Airport. Very easy check in - the dining area and food was excellent and breakfast on the 15th floor was fantastic not to mention the view. Altogether too short a stay.

Towels

Location: Near McDonald's and transportation to the center of Paris/airports.
Most of the staff was very kind and helped us with directions as well as making our stay more comfortable, but one of the staff members was rude when asked about the coffee maker in the lobby. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, however, our towels weren't changed for 3 days straight and we had to call them to ask them to change our towels. We also were not given any hand soap for the sink for the first 3 days, so we used what little body wash was available to us from the hotel. The shower was amazing with the 2-in-1 bath/shower combination and the shower head had nice pressure. The location of the hotel was great as it was right next to the TVM and the bus 216, so transportation to the center of Paris was convenient. Make sure you buy breakfast foods in advance for a few days because nothing is open around the area until 11 and the continental breakfast is about 17 Euros for simple pastries.

当たり前ですが、全て英語かフランス語対応です。全く話せない方だと少し嫌な思いをするかもしれません。しかしフランスでの通常サービスの範囲内です。日本とは違う事を理解して使用してください。立地は非常に良く、即高速道路に乗れます。駐車場も夜にバーが下り、安全でしょう。23時着の6時に出ました。バーはまだ上がっていました。

Cons: Prezzo della colazione!! 16€!!! Troppo!!!!
Ho alloggiato in questo hotel una notte, a due passi dall'aeroporto, comoda navetta gratuita!! Pulizia e lusso!! Sistemazione perfetta per viaggi di lavoro in tutto comfort

L'Hôtel MERCURE - RUNGIS : à recommander !

Ayant réservé par erreur deux fois pour la même nuit dans cet hôtel (MERCURE - RUNGIS),la direction m'a proposé d'emblée le remboursement d'une des réservations (sans que j'en fasse la demande)! Et surprise supplémentaire : j'ai pu profiter d'un surclassement en chambre supérieure. Un très, très bon accueil qu'il fallait absolument souligner !!!! Ne pas oublier : l'offre "PARK, SLEEP & FLY" avec navette gratuite vers l'aéroport d'ORLY.
