Chose this hotel because of the relatively good reviews. Was quite dissapointed by the experience. Friendly staff at check in. We stayed on the 8th floor rooms were in good condition. Service was terrible. Waited for half an hour at after informing the host/waiter we would like to order, but were never helped. Tried room service, but food was never delivered. Were not able to order taxi as promised. Housekeeping walked in to the room on 3 occasions without knocking.

Budget hotel with great staff

Stayed here while at a friends wedding locally. Staff were really great but this is a budget hotel and feels like one. Free Breakfast limited in offerings but good quality.

Qualité prix zéro >> démodé

Rapport qualité prix zéro... Pour le prix 189 euros une nuit... il y a le strict minimum ce que je trouve moyen pour un 4 étoile... Le lit est confortable mais les meubles sont de mauvais goût, démodés. La chambre est très très simple La salle de bain et les toilettes sont pour le coup horrible on se croirait dans les années début 90... J'ai était très déçu pour un mercure je le trouve très ancien et dépassé. Les prix sont loin d'être justifié. En revanche l'accueil est correct. Mais la déco du hall assez moderne ne reflète pas du tout celle des chambres. Pour une nuit ça passe mais pas le Prix pour cette prestation.

too far from paris

Pros: Nice lobby and staff. Food was very good. Service was good.
Cons: Shower tub enclosure design allowed water to go to floor no matter what we tried. Light needed replaced. Computer should be able to be used by English
Location: ok if you needed to be close to Orly Rungis Airport
Too far for Paris commute, my fault in booking. That said, staff did everything they could to help with booking attractions for us. Special thanks to Nikki and another brown haired lady, didn't get her name. Thanks so much for their patience. Hotel P.C. couldn't be changed to English.

Indeed the hotel is not in the center of Paris but in Rungis. However you can reach Paris by public transportation in 30 minutes or by taxi in 15 minutes.
