Pulito e silenzioso.

Pros: Pulito e silenzioso.
Cons: Va bene così.
Location: Vicino alla Tour Eiffel, al metrò e con molti ristoranti vicini.
Andato per lavoro: hotel pulito e silenzioso. La camera è in ordine e a posto, con il letto pulito. Il personale mi ha accolto gentilmente.

Reception provided incorrect directions via the Metro -- we ended up nearly an hour away (walking distance) from where we were supposed to be (it was in the morning hours, and taxicabs were unavailable, uber was also unavailable). Very frustrating, given our limited time as it was our last day in Paris.

Wrong room and too tall to take a shower.

Unfortunately we didn't get a good start. They already given our pre-booked room away. Then gave us an upgrade to a small room with a terrace. The room was fine, good bed, wifi etc. However people above 6 feet tall, can't use the showers because it hangs very low, which is just poorly made by the hotel. The service was 50/50, half the staff you couldn't communicate with, only if you speak french, which makes some sense when you're in France, but when you work in the hotel service you should be able to know the different from a blanket and an ironing board. We ask for an extra blanket and the person at the desk said NO! Later we asked again, and same person came out with an ironing board - good times. The area is boring, but you can easily take the Metro away from it. Good for business.

Good hotel once the refurbishment is over

Pros: Good location, comfortable rooms
Cons: Hard to say as the entire lobby/reception area was a building site. Prices are on the high side, particularly considering the state of the place.
Location: Well placed for Eiffel Tower, transport links, shopping and good bars and restaurants in the nearby Motte-Piquet and rue Commerce.
There was no advance warning that the hotel, which we have used successfully in the past, was undergoing a major refurbishment. On arrival we were allocated a room in the part being refurbished where the noise during the day made the room untenable from 1000 to well after 1700. A (very civilised) conversation with the manageress resulted in a move to another part of the hotel, which was fine, and to a higher grade room without additional charge. It was disappointing to be allocated a room at the outset that was clearly unsuitable, and to have to repack and move rooms, but the situation was dealt with politely and efficiently once the manageress was engaged.

Pros: Beliggenhet og rommet
Cons: Helt sikkert bra etter at ombyggingen er fullført.
Location: God beliggenhet for turister med nærheten til Eiffeltårnet. Vi kjente hotellet og området godt fra før, og valgte hotellet av disse grunnene.
Nyrenovert rom, resepsjonsområdet under ombygging trekker noe ned

Excellent hotel and amenities, right next to Metro

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel even though some renovation work was in progress. The room was most comfortable and the breakfast room had a fine selection of food.

Super locatie!!

Top hotel! Loopafstand van de Eiffeltoren en tegenover het metro station. Vriendelijke personeel en super service! Prima kamers en prima ontbijt! Niks negatiefs over te melden
