Good cost benefit

Quite nice hotel, with spacious room and renewed bathroom. Internet works well and breakfast is very good for an hotel at this level. Some of the common areas still need a bit renovation, but nothing shocking. For less than 100 € per night is definitely a good place to stay considering the great location.

Hotel was beyond my expectations

Only stayed for two days however the Hotel was beyond my expectations. It was very clean and had very nice staff working at the reception who were very accomodating. The breakfast was simple but good and the room was in excellent condition. The free wifi was a great bonus and the standard of the overall room and bathroom were exceptional. Would definitely stay again!

Ok to stay for the price. Shower has no curtain so water spilled over all the time.

Typical Paris hotel. Small rooms, relatively unfriendly staff, but clean. Nice location.

Could be better!

For us the hotel was a little far out. It's not really in Opera, it was in Liege. The air con didn't really work to well as the hotel is very warm. Not just our room but everywhere in the hotel. The reception looked nicely decorated but the room needed a little help! We come to Paris 5/6 times a year and like to try different hotels. We won't be coming back or recommending it. All the staff were very pleasant.

Convenient location

Pros: Location was good. Clean. Nice breakfast.
Cons: There was no kettle in the room, so couldn't make hot drinks. After arriving there soaking wet, that was a big disappointment. Hide-a-bed sqeaked.
Location: Good location, short walk to city centre.
We arrived early and had to sit in the foyer in wet clothes for over an hour for our room to be ready. To be fair it was ready when it was supposed to be, but they made no effort to get it ready early, under the circumstances. Receptionist not very helpful or friendly.

Worse hotel ever!

The worse hotel that I stayed my entire life, room with molds. Air conditioner set to heater even 75F and they cannot adjust the temperature for what ever reason that I cannot understand. Had 2 sleepless night because it's to hot inside the room. Tried to open the window but it's so noisy. So avoid this hotel if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
