I loved this hotel!Posted May 9, 2017
Pros: Location and staff. Kid friendly too.
Cons: The carpets in our room were stained and needed a good cleaning and they don't provide wash cloths. the pool was not available because of classes.
Location: Lots of restaurants in walking distance, coffee shops, the Eiffel Tower, the metro and we even found a grocery store.
I loved this hotel. Location was safe and great! The staff was fantastic and helpful. The breakfast that was included was amazing! Located 7 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower as well as a couple of metro stations. There is a little refrigerator, a hair dryer and a kettle to make hot water for instant coffee in each room. If I ever come back to Paris, I would def stay there.

DO NOT STAY THERE, Poor 4 stars HotelPosted May 3, 2017
Cons: every thing
It seems that hotel management relay a lot on their good location, hence staff attitude, rooms & Public areas quality are compromised. The smile went missing in this hotel!! 1- you arrive at 10:00 am, no bell man available, you have to carry it yourself to the upper floor lobby using an escalator! 2- you are met by an arrogant receptionist called Mohamed, who talks to you with his hand in his Pocket, rudely tells come back after 02:00 pm as we have no rooms available for check in. 3- when you question him about the non availability of bellmen, he tells this is the Novotel standard to have one bellman available for the entire hotel, may be he is busy!! 4- you come at 02:00 PM, they give you a filthy room full of carpet stains located on the last floor of the building and non reachable by elevator while they are aware that i have a 3 years old girl who is being carried on babay stroller!! 5- when you complain, they give you much better room, however bed sheets are full of holes, only one small mineral bottle of water during 5 days stay, when you complain they tell you this is the standard! 6- for 4 days the Escalator which takes you down from the upper lobby is Out of Service due to non available spare part as per one of the employees and they cheat on you claiming that they are renovating it!! 7- when you want to meet the Manager of the Hotel, they send you a smile-less Front office Manager who defend all the short fall instead of improving your experience. 6- wh

Nice hotel, good location, close to everythingPosted Apr 19, 2017
Pros: Location and breakfast buffet.
Cons: Breakfast time till 10AM instead of 9:30AM and the menu change a bit. Eating the same menu for 6 days is a bit too much even though they are good.
Location: Eiffel Tower, Metro, Grocery stores, Restaurants are within walking distance. Actually there are many grocery stores near by.
Very pleased stay. It's a walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Metro, many grocery stores, bakery and restaurants. Highly recommended. Good breakfast buffet every day but I wish they change menu a bit.

Good location.Posted Apr 17, 2017
The hotel is next to Seine river and in walking distance to Eiffel tower. With breakfast included, it is easy and convenient to plan your activities. Good location and easy access. But room maintenance is poor.

Perfect for exploring Paris with ChildrenPosted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: The room was super for a family with children, and the location was close to amenities and the Eiffel Tower.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but I think that was due to how busy the Hotel was, and the fact their regular breakfast room was closed.
Location: Very close to Eiffel Tower, a great shopping area with plenty of food choice, close to the river and right next to a Batobus stop. Just excellent....
We thought the hotel was great, couldn't be happier with the location and the access to transport and sights to see.

Great hotel near Eiffel TowerPosted Apr 10, 2017
Stayed here for 3 nights in early April 2017. Nice basic room on 11th floor at front of hotel with views over the Seine. Double room with sofabed, telly (BBC 1 on channel 56); kettle, radio, phone, safe, wardrobe area with about 6 coat hangers; bathroom with bath, basin and separate shower cubicle (new toiletries every day), separate toilet; fridge with welcome bottle of Evian. Very helpful staff speak perfect English. Excellent buffet breakfast. Teenage son enjoyed the pool and football table. 5 minute walk to Metro. Would go back again.
