nice hotel near subway station

Pros: affordable accomodation.
Cons: matriss was hard.
Location: near subway station and bus station.not too much choice of restaurant. But Chinese Buffet was good.
Hotel was good, but surrounding envionment was not that good. If you're business traveler, it will be ok~ but not for the family travel.

The hotel was really nice and was kept in a very good condition but the staff was not as helpful.

Nice comfortable beds ,and great reception staff

Pros: Good large rooms with comfortable beds , very funky reception decoration
Cons: Breakfast buffet time needs to be extended after 9:30am
Location: very good location ,just near the highway as i was driving
The rooms were comfortable and roomy . The reception staff especially Sonia where very friendly willing to help

Nice Hotel close to Metro, unhappy staff

My fiancé and I stayed in this hotel for a period of nine nights. For starters, Bagnolet really isn't a bad area. We were comfortable walking around after dark. The hotel is so close to the metro that you do not ever need to taxi (unless time is a factor). Upon arriving, the hotel staff was not pleasant. They are not very eager to help. They seem non-chaulant about just about everything. There were two staff members who were friendly, always smiling. Other than that the staff really didn't care whether or not they were helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the room. The beds are great and the pillows are soft. The shower has a weird design that squirts water all over the floor but nothing I can really complain about. We always had our "Do not disturb" sign on the door. We left for a one-night trip to Belgium and when we returned to our hotel in Bagnolet our sign had been taken down and the room cleaned. I am glad our valuables were locked in the safe. Speaking of the safe, when we arrived it was broken. My then-boyfriend wanted to hid our engagement ring in the safe (I didn't know about it). He called front desk and they fixed it within twenty minutes. They were very prompt and kind while doing this. Do not have the hotel call you a taxi. Go on the curb and get your own or you will be charged an arm and a leg. The hotel makes commission. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Would come back.

Far from 4 Star

Cons: Remove smokers from main entrance. The entry into/out of the hotel was disgusting! Smokers puffing smoke everywhere was unwelcoming on every walk thru
Overall tidy and quiet. Small room for 4 people. Friendly staff. Far from 4 Star accomodation, perhaps more like 2, which was a bit of a let down after thinking we were staying up market. Great location to a shopping mall which included a massive and cheap supermarket. Awesome location to Metro, 5 minutes walk max.

Clean, near public transportations.

Room is very clean. They changed sheets almost everyday. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bus stop is right in front of hotel and Metro only few minutes away. We would come back again.
