Th e hotel itself was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We were billed twice in one day for the taxes and again at checkout. The front desk confirmed they ordered a taxi for us but taxi company had no record. Be advised of extra charges and no one to follow up.

Our experience at check in was terrible. Despite booking & paying for 2 rooms for 2 nights with breakfast in advance, this was challenged by a very rude receptionist. We were given only 1 room for the 2nd night & we were told our breakfast booking was not accepted as we had not booked with the hotel directly. This was corrected by the manager the following morning but we still found ourselves locked out of the 2nd room in day 2! Awful customer service.

The hotel is fine however the cost is too high compared to what you get in terms of room and overall comfort. There are other hotels cheaper and better. Also I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the bill and had to be paid separately. This was not clear when I booked.

Not the best location, I thought it would be closer to more amenities. It was okay for cleanliness, unfortunately the cleaning lady didn’t come to clean our room very often, and when she did it wasn’t the best job. We stayed for five nights. Staff was not very friendly not sure if it’s because we spoke only English. The restaurant in hotel was good food, and found the staff in the restaurant to be super friendly.

Had a lovely couple of days here visiting Paris as a stop over with the family. Two adults and 4 children. Service on arrival was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable especially the bed. Was only 3 English channels on the tv but ok for us. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stop again

Generally a good hotel if driving to Paris Positives: - 10min walk to metro station - Good breakfast buffet Negatives - Not many places to eat nearby, especially if arriving later in the evening

Standard hotel, did the job for a night
Nice hotel close to Paris and a big park with a view. Did the job of being a comfortable place to stay for a stop over. Wasn’t impressed by the high parking charges or breakfast which was very basic and things ran out. They also only had 1 baby chair. Not great when you have 2 babies.

Great hotel, beware of location
Given the location of the hotel, getting around was a bit challenging. You have to take a bus to the train station which kills 15 minutes, and since it's the last train station in the network, it would take at least 30 minutes to get into the heart of the city.
