Convenient Location

Pros: location, layout, space
Cons: cleanliness of the room and bathroom
This hotel is a 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station. The room had a nice layout and comfortable beds but the room smelled bad and the bathroom smelled like urine for the 4 days that we were there. Would probably never stay here again given that the room and the bathroom smelled really bad.

Nice hotel, far from touristbarea, close to Metro

The hotel is nice with good sized rooms (huge rooms to Europe standards). The bed was a bit too hard and the bathroom always smelled like cigarette. It's close to the Metro (7 min walk) and you can get pretty much anywhere with just one transfer. Breakfast was a bit pricey (15 €) but good overall. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel if you don't mind walking, riding the Metro and can understand basic french.

We were family of four with two children 12 and 4 years old. The hotel has provided one large double bed and two single roll away bed for the children. The beds have screen in between which can be pulled for privacy. The room was neat and clean with seperate Toilet and shower all modern touch. Tea and coffee making facility was excellent. Enough towels provided with shower gels etc. Basement parking cost 15 euro although a bit difficult to find the access as its behind the building with no visible sign in front. Staffs very friendly and elevator available from the basemen parking. Nearby metro station within short walk so getting around was very easy. The hotel front area was occupied by a huge weekend market selling all bits and pieces from the large vans hence would not consider a peaceful environment. The people around was quite diverse as seem to have come from many other places to sell in those vans. Very busy area at times for driving around. Nice and varieties restaurants available near the metro station. We had our lunch in a kebab shop- delicious. Visited Eiffel Tour- on the same metro line from there so hassle free. Breakfast was enough choice for everybody. The family enjoyed the stay overall and would recommend anyone visiting Paris.

The room has some defect here and there,, initially we were given a room with refrigerator and aircond out of order,, we wonder why this was not aware by hotel staff but need to be informed by hotel guest, the next day, the staff is helpful to change to another room. Not all but most of front desk staffs are polite, nice and helpful.

Very Nice Hotel

Location: Walking distance to subway and shopping center .
Overall very impressed with the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Room amenities were abundant.

Hotel and room was very nice. The area does not look very nice. They do not have very powerful air condition system so please careful if you want to go in summer months. Metro is nearby. Bus 351 stop is also nearby to take direct bus to airport. The reception staff who checked us in, was very helpful and explained every thing in detail. Breakfast was not included and did not worth to spend £15 per person. They need to improve the breakfast to reflect their four star status. Cleaning standard can also be improved.

Acceptable for the cost

The hotel 8 minso walk to stations leading to town. However there is a market just outside the hotel. While interesting it makes the area very crowded with vans and cars. The hotel grows on you. The staff are very helpful. The room had problems with air-conditioning and fridge. They helped fix the air-conditioning but the fridge did not work properly. The room was good in terms of microwave, coffee machine, kettle. The gym is basic but decent.
