Hotel near trade fair Villepinte

Pros: location, confort, breakfast, friendliness
Cons: decor
Location: ok, not much
If you are looking for a good value comfortable hotel near the Paris trade fair grounds this is a great option. Room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Recommended!

Not a bad hotel for a stop over...

Overall a good hotel as a stop off on the way back from the South of France to the Channel Tunnel. A couple of minor gripes were the service in the restaurant which was not great with a disinterested waiter and the room itself which was well appointed but had a slight smokey smell which was disappointing for a non-smoking room. That said the room was comfortable enough and we were heading on early the following morning so no major issue.

Good for families but not wifi

Pros: Quiet room, up-to-date amenities
Cons: More staff at reception: slow for check-in and to answer the phone. More than one key + device connecting to wifi when a double room is booked.
Location: Asterix theme park. Relatively close to the airport (there is a bus that drops you off in front of the hotel).
Although the reason we stayed was to be close to my brother-in-law, who had enough relatives staying over at his place, it was pleasant enough for a couple wanting peace and quiet. We asked for a quiet room and got one, although the lobby was full of kids and families attracted to the nearby Asterix amusement park. There is a nice-looking pool that we didn't use due to family obligations. The room was up-to-date and reasonable well-equipped with shampoo and such, a new TV, and a coffee maker. Too bad you can only have one device on the free wifi: either my husband could have it or me, but not both!

Quaint hotel close enough to cdg

Perfect for our last night before flying from cdg. We had a rental car, it's 13km from the airport.

STOP OVER NEAR TO PARIS

Overall happy with stay, staff were helpful. Confusion over dog policy in restaurant on arrival. Common areas a bit tatty (eg carpet in restaurant)

Disappointing,only good thing was secure parking.

We arrived late in the evening so our youngest child was sleeping in a pram. Not a problem except we were put on the first & after searching we were told there was no lift!! We had to carry our child up the steep stairs in the pram together with luggage for 5 people. Surely a large hotel chain like Novotel can invest in a lift??? Our room had a bad smell which we tried to mask spraying deodorant on the carpet Very disappointed,unfriendly lady in breakfast which everything we asked for was too difficult!! Broken windows in the main reception,not acceptable!won,t stay here again!

We remain at your disposal in order to satisfy you. Indeed every room suite was busy. Concerning the broken glass. In fact the glass was broken recently and was quickly replaced. Our hotel is renovated recently ...: bathrooms, carpets, beds, meeting room ... have been redone and we begin shortly restaurant and common areas. Thank you for bringing your feedback to users. Some smell in room, sofa bed not comfortable, terrible breakfast and dirty dining room, the swimming pool is just for advertise and it is a joke.

I see with regret that you do not hold any positive point on your stay with us. I understand that there may have been a little smell in your room and we are sorry. But actually, we are surrounded by fields which sometimes give way to some slight odor. One thing is certain is that this problem happens only rarely. In our room we have a double bed and a sofa that is generally rent for children because those are a little bit smaller than the main channel. However, I do not understand why you note that the pool is just for advertising because it ESDT a swimming pool open every day during the summer period, which is completely renovated and maintained daily. It can accommodate up to 90 people, so especially conséquante. We have tables and sunbathing to give you extra comfort. Regarding breakfast, our room is cleaned daily and between each service. I am sincerely sorry that you have not had a good stay in our hotel but I hope to count you among our customers and Novotel you back in our hotel in order not to remain on a negative note and we can show you our expertise.
