Pros: Good service
Cons: Nothing
Location: Not much.
When United Airline cancelled my early morning flight, the staff was most helpful in taking me to the airport to arrange an alternative flight. (United's online booking did not work, and no United agent responded to a telephone call.)

Clean comfortable hotel close to airport

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Proximity to the airport, shuttle service and friendliness of staff.
Location: Located close to the airport with great shuttle service.
Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Shuttle service was prompt and efficient. Check in was quick with a very friendly and helpful clerk. Rooms were clean and large. Lounge was very nicely set up and staff was very accommodating. Great stay.

Nice Hotel but could improve shuttle bus hours

Posted Jul 3, 2015
The shuttle bus only runs until 11:30 pm but the big buses that do the other hotel run until midnight. I had a late flight and had to take a taxi. Otherwise, the hotel itself is pretty good if you stay there just to catch a flight the next day.

Close to airport-wifi extra

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Beautiful hotel for the early morning flight! Wifi was not included in the price of the room and quite expensive for a 24-hour period ($15). Marriott in the USA has complementary wifi and this was the only hotel (out of 4) that did not have complementary wifi.

No wifi in room for a 140E/night stay- chinzy

Posted Jun 29, 2015
As I stated the no free wifi at an airport hotel is not OK. Also the wifi in the lobby was worse than snail speed. I couldn't confirm our flight out the next morning. Shame on that. I won't stay there again. Also at 7 am we want to the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby and the person behind the counter pointed to the hotel desk without speaking to us. Rude! The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was good so not all bad

To much "Clipping the Ticket"

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Clean
Cons: No ice on floor, when asked at reception sent to bar. Said not available as their machine is broken! Could not go to 1st floor. Basil is alive!
€5.00 for the TV, €10 for the Wi Fi ! Most hotels in Paris ,let alone Free at most other places on an out right con when you have already paid good money. Go else where!

Disappointing

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: The lobby and restaurant were fine.
Cons: The condition and smell of the rooms. Slow wifi. The first floor rooms are not safe. Shuttle transport to airport only goes to one terminal.
Location: Its an airport hotel, so its pretty much what you would expect location-wise.
With Marriott, a person expects a certain standard in terms of the condition of the facility, cleanliness, and reliability - which is why we chose to stay at the Marriott CDG. Unfortunately, the facility was not up to Marriott standards. The lobby and restaurant on the first floor are nice, but the rooms, halls, and facilities are all in need of renovation. We were staying with our children and had reserved two rooms. The first pair of rooms we were directed to were on the ground floor. The parking lot peers right into the windows of the ground floor rooms (no hedges or cordoned off spaces). It did not feel safe. Additionally, the rooms were not next to each other. The second pair of rooms - also not next to each other - smelled terrible - a combination of smoke and mildew. We stayed in them, but not before paying an additional fee for wifi. The speedy wifi is anything but.
