Nice Hotel but needs some renovations

Hotel location is great . Staff are very helpful. But the hotel condition isn't as great as it should. It needs some renovations as it looks tired . Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean.

Amazing location right near restaurants and shops... great restaurant in lobby of hotel that really draws a fun crowd at night. Would definitely recommend for a good value

Good location noisy rooms

The rooms were nice and the food was good. But the music in the bar is so loud you cannot even sleep. It vibrates the entire room and is so loud that you hear every song clearly!

Poor guest experience from staff on arrival, during stay and at check out. Why have staff working at Pershing who dislike their employer and it's guests?
