Luxurious rooms,great location &average facilities

We booked this hotel 5 weeks in advance and got a great deal. Stayed there for 4 nights in 2 interconnected deluxe rooms as we are a family with teenage children. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious, modern and had great views(25th floor) of the city. The minibar had complimentary water/soda/juice and they restocked it everyday. There were separate set of elevators for higher floors otherwise it would be a big wait in such a huge and busy hotel. The location is very good as it is right next to 2 metro stations and many restaurants/cafes/shops in walking distance.
Wifi was good.
Check-in took quite a bit of time to find the interconnected rooms even though we had made this request weeks in advance. Even after staying for 4 nights and checking in late on the first day, when we requested for an one hour late check out, the lady at reception flat out refused(she didn't bother to check the system before refusing). When I offered to give one room 4 hours before check out and just keep one room for an hour more, she relented.
The breakfast buffet was average with limited options. Exact same items everyday for all 4 days. It was very crowded and the staff were struggling to top up the items.
The fitness center was small and only 1 out of the 2 treadmills was working, only 1 out of the 2 cycles was working. There was only 1 cross-trainer. It is a shame for such a large hotel.
