This property marketed their rooms and sold them at premium pricing for New Years for a view of the Arc de Triumph but the balcony view was covered in scaffolding on construction being done on the hotel. I asked for a discount and 2 weeks later and there has still not been a resolution. They ruined our NYE in Paris. We were left scrambling to find alternative, very expensive, last minute plans to view the fireworks. Not a good experience.

Room was not ready until 4pm where as they guaranteed it would be ready before 2pm. I was locked out due to their card was not working and they were unable to resolve the issue until next morning(even manual key was not working for that door).

We walked into the hotel (one of the hottest days)! to be deserted reception (no guests at all), to be told there was no air con in the entire building and would we accept a reduction in rate! or else take one of the hotels they’d arrange for us (for £470/- per day)! So we had to walk through to this other hotel (bag & baggage!) spending the extra cost for our 5 night stay (it was 4 star plus but blissfully air conditioned), so yes, got to thank this 5 star hotel (Radisson blu!) for a more expensive but comfy stay in the other!

The staff here couldn't have been nicer. The location is Excellent..very walkable to where we wanted to get to. Check in and out was easy. However, this hotel needs updating. The room was spacious for European standards, but the bathroom shower had mold in the grout, whish was disappointing. There was only one usable plug for charging our technology and I couldn't use my curling iron in the bathroom and there was no mirror near the plug so it was a blind hair styling moment. We probably would not stay there again. We have come to love Radisson Blu's properties and that is why we chose that hotel to stay at, but this one certainly did not meet the Radisson Blu's standards as far as we are concerned.

Very small room. They didn’t provide 2 beds that was Promised. Dinky coffee maker. Paid Over $500 per night and it was pretty pathetic. The staff was nice. The location is nice. But overall terrible space. Not worth the money

AMAZING!
From the minute we enter the hotel we were welcomed warmly. Our room was decorated with rose paddles. Staff were so helpful and lovely. The location was the best. All over experience was more than amazing.

The property is in a great location near the arch. We were amazed at how quiet the room was in spite of being on such a busy road. The windows block nearly all noise making sleeping and sleeping in possible. The hotel has no pool or exercise facilities and could use a little polishing in the bsthrooms and mini bar area. These were minor and so we would stay here again if in Paris.
