Pros: The free breakfast was good.
Cons: The rooms décor, balcony, etc.
The rooms were not very nice. For the price I expected a lot more. We paid for a balcony and nice view, however, our balcony could not fit more than 1 chair on it. There are only 2 rooms with the balcony pictured on the expedia site which were apparently booked when we got there. So the balcony you will most likely get is not worth the price at all.

Nice hotel next to Arc de Triumph

Pros: Handy for Arc de Triumph. Hotel porter was excellent.
Cons: The hotel staff seemed a bit jaded to tourists.
Location: Arc de Triumph.
When we arrived hotel was fully booked and they were unable to provide upgrade despite email confirmation that we had booked it!!! This was a huge disappointment as we were looking forward to a room with a view. Also we were told to phone 24 hours in advance to book late checkout and again it was not available when we checked-in. Hotel staff seemed disinterested except for the hotel porter he stored our luggage and phoned us a taxi. Fantastic location.

Nice location close to the Arc and Champs Elysees.

Rooms are too small, hot water wasn't working for more than12 hours and was no plan B for such vital issue. Staff was not cooperant to correct "Expedia's mistake" when they booked the wrong"room facilities". No apology from Expedia neither from the hotel.

Great Location

Pros: Location, the spacious room and attentive staff
Location: Within walking distance to all the iconic Paris lankmarks
the staff were welcoming, we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise and the room was ready a bit ahead of the normal check in time.

Breakfast is not rich, one of the elevators was broken and "''THE HOT WATER WAS OUT OF ORDER""

Pictures not accurate

Pros: Location - it was near everything that we wanted to do.
Cons: Updating of the rooms/bath area are needed, more accurate pictures of the room and views - felt deceived.
Location: One block from the Champs Elysees - plenty of people watching, shopping, dining, a good walk from the Louvre.
The website indicates that the room has a balcony with view of the Arc de Triumph and a couple sitting at a table on the balcony while having breakfast and the Arc behind them. This is absolutely false. The balcony is nothing more than a Juliet balcony where you can step out on to and there is definitely no more room than that. There is no view of the Arc, unless you count walking all the way over to the left side of the "balcony" and leaned out with one hand to keep you from falling off, you could just see the very edge of the Arc. Housekeeping was spotty at best, I had to leave notes in French in order to make sure things were done. Front desk staff was hit and miss on helpfulness. Overall, not a fantastic experience and definitely not worth the high cost.
