Charming quiet hotel in a great spot

Posted Feb 1, 2017 on Hotels
This is a delightful hotel tucked on a quiet street in a perfect location. The rooms have real old world charm, the staff is very helpful, and Henri at the front desk helped track down some baggage misplaced by Air France. Would definitely stay again, excellent value for the money.

Location: Close to Notre Dame, the Panteon th metro, shopping eating. Great area, easy to get to and walkable. Short metro ride to the Eiffel Tower.
Excellent location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved Henri! Rooms were clean, comfortable. Would stay here again. Wish we had planned on staying longer.

Excellent small hotel in the center of the city.

Nice small hotel in the very heart of the city - not far from the Notre Dame. Friendly staff, clean and well-equipped room for a reabonable price.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the left bank.

Posted Jul 16, 2016 on Wotif
This was a great place to stay in a quite street in the heart of the left bank, a few steps from the Seine, Notre Dame and the bistros and boutiques of St Germain/St Michel area. Very enthusiastic and helpful staff- happy to print documents, give restaurant recommendations, book transfers etc. Rooms were small as is often the case in Central Paris but oozing with character. Bathroom small but modern. Great breakfast- a few euros more than a local cafe but excelent value given the extra touches. Would definitely book there again.

THE UNIQUE CHARM OF OLD PARIS

Posted Apr 24, 2016 on Hotels
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is small, intimate and extremely charming. The rooms have their original half-timbers, between which the walls are upholstered in beautiful toile fabric. Rooms are small, but just perfect for one person or a couple and are kept meticulously clean. The front desk is manned by genuinely wonderful people who are eager to help with anything you need, and speak fluent English if your French is a little iffy. There is a lovely little breakfast room, should you choose to eat at the hotel, a small but comfy lounge area, and a conference-room sort of area with a computer. There is free WiFi (in France, this is pronounced "wee fee"), and the 6th Arrondissement in which the hotel is located is the oldest part of Paris. The Seine and the Tuileries are just a few streets away as are the Boulevard St. Michel and the St. Germain de Pre, where you can shop for anything you might need. It is very much a "neighborhood." I will continue to stay here on future visits to Paris.
