Excellent! A truly great place to stay in Paris!Posted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, newness of the room and linen, up to date bathroom and shower, attitude of all staff, little presents left for you.
Cons: Nothing really.
Location: Lots of tourist sites within walking distance, Arc de Triomphe a 2 minute walk, lots of restaurants close by, Champs Elyees has lots of eating/shops
First time to Paris as a couple and we could not have been more warmly welcomed than by Maria who went out of her way to organise a great room and even complimentary drinks while we waited. What a lovely face and attitude to great you first thing :-) Clean room, very new looking building and the most comfortable bed with quality linen. We had a small balcony in our room which allowed us to enjoy a champagne and watch the sun go down. We didn't eat at the hotel but many great bakeries and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance. The staff really made this hotel stand out from check in to check out. They are so friendly and hip and speak perfect English which makes things so much easier. Our checkout team (06.08.15 morning) made our day by providing excellent recommendations on places to eat at our next destination, Barcelona. If the concierge is reading this, thank you for recommending Catalana!!! Truly, just book this place. When you walk out in the morning, the Arc de Triomphe is right on the street just a few metres up from the hotel and all land marks are within walking distance. It is very easy to find this place walking around at night too which was a huge help when you enjoy strolling about the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Paris due to the team at this hotel, and we hope to stay here again soon. I will miss the little presents on our pillow each night (hint: chocolates, and all the good things). No complaints, just praise. Thank you!

Started here for our second trip to Paris. Great location to walk around and see the city. Close to Metro stops for quick subway travel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Not a 5 star hotelPosted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Staff is friendly
Cons: Raise the standard to match the claim of a 5 star hotel.
Location: Close the the Arc De Triomphe and the shoppings around Champs Élysées, so the location is very good.
Restaurant's food was not good, need improvement. Request the side chair that was lacking in the room took 4 requests and 36 hours to accomplish.

Quick Trip To ParisPosted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: The staff, multilingual, were friendly and very customer service focused. The hotel was modern, clean and full of amenities.
Cons: Earlier check in for early morning arrivals
Location: Location was excellent. Walking distance to metro stations, shops and Arc de Triomphe! From our balcony we could see Eiffel, Arc and Sacre Coeur.
On a recent quick trip to Paris with my 11 year old son, we stayed at the Hotel Renascence. I booked our room through Expedia and when we arrived the hotel had no record of our reservation. The staff (all friendly and helpful) were extremely determined to fix the problem the best they could. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have the suite that we had booked available (again, we believe this was the fault of Expedia, NOT the hotel) but in my opinion, the manager and staff went out of their way to find us a suitable room and make us feel as comfortable as possible. Initially i was very disappointed in the room mix up but by the end of our stay the staff had won me over with their excellent service and attention.

Perfect in almost every thingPosted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, decorations, cleanliness,
Cons: The food (room service) not the buffet, beds
Positives: The hotel is located in a very good area in paris its just 5 minutes walking from the Champs-Élysées. The staff were so so so nice and friendly they were trying to keep us happy all day, the breakfast buffet was very good, view from the rooms was so nice one of the rooms was on the street view and the other one was a balcony on the back and both were amazing, I loved the balcony more cuz I was enjoying my nights there and room was clean as well Negatives: First, the family room is a bit small for a family, the beds were good for 4 persons but the wardrobe was small and not enough for two or three persons, the food from room service was bad not even eatable, last but not least the bed wasn't as expected but still good and comfy however it could be better, finally one of our rooms had a problem with door that couldn't be opened easily. other wise every thing is perfect, however this wasn't my first time in Renaissance arc de triomphe and definitely won't be the last. Love every single person and every single thing in Renaissance

Perfect stay in ParisPosted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
I was in Paris on business and really wanted to be somewhere comfortable with working internet. The Renaissance was better than I imagined as the room was spacious and the service was friendly and individualized. The front desk staff went out of their way to have the room ready early and also to accommodate my late request for laundry. Everything ran smoothly and was just lovely. I will definitely stay here on future trips to Paris.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prixPosted May 22, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel de bonne qualité avec un bon emplacement, un service courtois, MAIS beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il offre.
