My only dislike was the fact that there was no pressure in the shower head and the faucet mécanisme wasn’t working properly. That was in room 834.

It was good although the breakfast area was very busy and some food stuffs not replenished. I also had an issue with cleaning staff trying to get into my room.

The property is near a train-station and shopping center which made it very convenient to travel to the city center of paris and back. The breakfast is epic with a wide verity of options to choose from. The property also has a restaurant which is convenient. The room cleaning service is also very nice, our room was clean every day during or stay. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is ideally located for activities taking place at La Défense (in this case à concert at the Arena). It is also a 5 minutes walk from Paris public transport system; so you can be downtown in no time with Metro line 1. Bottom line: great location, comfortable room, well-managed property and extremely friendly and competent staff. Warmly recommended.

Nice stay for business
Good location near the metro so it is easy to get into downtown Paris. Not a lot to eat in the area so you need to travel to dinner. Make sure to allocate time for traffic during rush hour as it can be a longer commute via taxi / car.

Located in the newer Paris area. Huge shopping mall 5 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was great! Staff was amazing and everything was perfect. Will definitely come back in the future!

The staff at the property were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is in a very modern and safe area with a convenient 5-minute walk to the train, shopping and dining. The mall is next to the train station, which has several dining options. We were there for 5 nights and the room size was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We would have preferred pillows that were not so flat. When we asked for additional towels for the room, housekeeping were not at pleasant and were unwilling to accommodate our request. They allowed 2 additional drying towels but refused to issue us 2 hand towels. They would only give us 1. I was not particularly impressed with the breakfast and was glad that we did not purchase the breakfast package. We did have dinner on the night of arrival and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and the meal was enjoyable. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will gladly book again if we should return to Paris.

Modern hotel w friendly accommodating staff. All services were good. The hotel got a little crowded and noisy in lobby and restaurant when there was a conference but otherwise was very relaxing in the other days. The restaurant is okay - could stand to have more selections on menu. Also breakfast was very busy and difficult to find a table during prime time. Overall it was a good stay and good experience. Good location!

Clean modern bathroom mostly, some wear and tear (towel rack coming out of partition), two double beds, provided slippers on request. Helpful staff. Air-conditioning / mostly adequate, set at 24C minimum. A bit far from city centre, but accessible via RER or metro. Westfield shopping mall and other stores, eateries, but most close by 9 pm.

Great 2 night stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is tucked behind the arch. Close enough to the local amenities but away form the crowds. Nice buffet style breakfast and comfortable room. The la Defense area is often overlooked by visitors. 15 minutes fats train into town and with shopping mall, restaurant and cinema to hand.

Loved it! Definitely coming back! Only the entrance of the parking lot was pretty hard to find. Suggestion: maybe smart tv would be great for the future. No one really watch tv-programs anymore nowadays. Smart tv that could connect with smartphone would be great!

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Amazing staff, very helpful! Only thing I didn’t like was having the “SAME EXACT THINGS“ for breakfast every day!!! After several day it got really hard to eat! And everything was “lukewarm”

Overall a nice stay. Hotel location is right at the metro, so easy access to Paris attractions. Parking facilities are a big plus. Hotel room was nicely appointed and with very comfortable beds. We had a family room and the size was quite ok. While we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists we didn't feel the same about breakfast staff, although the variety of breakfast buffet is nice, found it really challenging to get a table and didn't get any smiles while asking for it.
