Perfect choice - just what we were looking for.

Posted May 21, 2017
Pros: - The Staff - The room quality and comfort - Quiet at night - Location, location, location
Cons: One thing to note - the hotel is at the end of what I would call a dead-end street. It can be tricky to find, even for some of the cab drivers.
Location: Security is very tight everywhere. You even have to go through it to enter most stores.Plan extra time for lines and buy tickets in advance if you can.
My friend and I stayed here for 8 days in April. First the location is excellent - you are literally on top of a rail, RER and Metro stop that will take you anywhere you need to go. You're also in the center of a major shopping district, so just about anything you might need is within a few blocks - including a supermarket right next door. The hotel itself is clean, up to date and very well laid out. The small kitchen was an added bonus since we were there for a week and picking up things at the store was so easy. They even provide pots & pans if you want to cook in the room. By American standards, the rooms seem a bit small and if that's a problem you might want to do what we did and reserve one of the rooms that sleeps 3. It meant we had a single sofa bed and a small sitting area - the extra space was nice at night after a long day sightseeing. Also, for us the room was exceptionally quiet and we never heard any of the other guests, but we were only facing an inner courtyard so I'm not sure about the rooms facing the street. The staff was great, especially Himini (sorry if the spelling is wrong my friend!). He was very helpful, suggesting things to do, arranging for cabs and helped schedule some day trips. Ask for help if you need it. Finally, for the Catacombs or the Eiffel Tower you should buy tickets online in advance before you go. Otherwise you could have a very long wait. And lunch at the Eiffel Tower on the first level was really good and surprisingly affordable.

Ideal Location to all of Paris

Posted May 17, 2017
Pros: Location, location, location. The quality of accommodations.
Location: Two blocks to the Galleries Lafeyette for informal dining and shopping and ready access to transportation and sights.
Our Residhome was within immediate walking distance of major shopping and the Paris Metro and moderate walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre and most museums as well as the Sacre Couer. Our arrival was expected and we were welcomed. Our studio was more complete than we expected, inclusive of towel warmer, stove, microwave, dishware, silverware and even a compact dishwasher. The location is on a non-thru street so noise was not a consideration. Residhome was clean and welcoming.

Close to metro & spacious apart-hotel

Posted Apr 16, 2017
Our two-bed room of two floors are very spacious, nice view of clock tower, with metro & RER just minutes away. One large supermarket next door. Kitchen is small but good enough for us. It would be great if it provides a paid washing machine.

On arrival staff not very helpful. On second day room not serviced by 5.30. no plug in bath. After three phone calls man eventually arrived. Asked me if it was there when i arrived I assured him that i had not taken it. He then asked what i would like. I said a plug. Do you really want a bath he asked Eventually after 45 minutes one was thrust into my hands. Very surly individual. Rest of stay ok

Close to shopping but area is dead after stores cl

Posted Mar 25, 2017
Bathroom smelled of urine all the time. Room was not swept during 8 day stay. 3 people booked in the room but only 2 bath towels were provided daily. Requested wake up call twice but never got them. Almost missed my flight home. Did not feel safe walking the area at night.
