staff was the best; adequate breakfast; location could not be any better-highly recommend it

Great hotel close to Paris cultural areasPosted Nov 29, 2015
Pros: Exceptional friendly staff and its Left Bank position. Only 6 minutes walk from Paris Luxembourg RER (B) station which brings you dir from CDeG Airpor
Cons: The wiFi was a bit "iffy" and whilst the breakfast was good, perhaps a little more choice in the fruit salad?
Location: Easy walking distance to most of the central galleries and museums - e.g. The Louvre, Picasso Museum, Arab Institute, Notre Dame, Pantheon .
My wife and I spent 4 days in this hotel, on a "cultural" break in Paris. We asked for a quiet room and got No65 on the sixth(top) floor. Compact but very comfortable with a great shower and views over the roofs of Paris.

Nice hotel in a fantastic locationPosted Nov 23, 2015
This is a nice little Latin Quarter hotel in a very charming setting (Place de la Sorbonne). Friendly, professional staff. Walking proximity to many sites (Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens, Musee Cluny, Notre Dame, etc.), shopping (St Germain) and transit (Metro, RER). Quaint (small, Parisian) features - tiny elevator, small bar, but a very nice (filling) breakfast spread downstairs in the "cave". There are also a few convenient cafes in the square adjacent (beautiful setting against Sorbonne & fountains). I prefer a place with a bit of character - and good service - to the large, impersonal, tourist hotels.

Handy locationPosted Nov 23, 2015
Nice location in Latin Quarter. Room and bathroom quite modern. WIFI a bit flaky. Advertised laundry facilities but we were advised only a laundry service. Found laundromat about 10 min walk away. Walking distance to many attractions and lots of restaurants and cafés close by. Enjoyed restaurant right next door. Staff very helpful.

Not what I expected from the picturesPosted Nov 22, 2015
Pros: nice lobby, breakfast OK, wifi worked
Cons: Nothing like the picture. It was even smaller than most Paris hotel rooms, the floor slanted, tripping hazard, no view of anything.
Location: We stayed here to be near the RER train to CDG airport. It is in an interesting part of the City. The location was great.
The room was terrible. The shower had no door or curtain and splashed all over. It was clean and bed was comfortable, but could hardly get around the bed. Only 1 desk chair for a double bed room. When I mentioned to the front desk some problems they said that they were going to totally remodel this room in the winter. Glad it was only for one night.

What a Find! Highly recommend.Posted Nov 18, 2015
Right in the heart of the Sorbonne, blocks from Notre Dame, Louve and Metro, amidst so many of Paris' quaint streets and cafes. Yet quiet, reliable and good Internet, immacculately clean ... definitely recommend for business professionals looking for a non-staid Marriott experience as well as for Family and Friends looking for the ultimate hotel to truly experience Paris.

Hotel in ottima posizione, tranquillo e comodo.Posted Nov 16, 2015
Edificio d'epoca con arredamento moderno, molto carina la sala per le colazioni con la volta in pietra. La camera standard era abbastanza ampia e aveva due finestre affacciate su Place de la Sorbonne. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia ottima.

Ottima posizione in una zona ben servitaPosted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: Posizione, silenzio.
Cons: Camere.

Great location, noisy roomPosted Nov 11, 2015
Staff and location were great. 10 minute walk to Notre Dame, right next to Jardin Luxembourg. Unfortunately my room was a touch dark and depressing, which would have been okay except I could also hear the people in the next room as though they were in my room and smoke filled my room from another room as well. I had to sleep with earphones in and hide under the covers to avoid the noise and smoke. Needless to say I didn't sleep well.

Mysigt hotel nära gamla ParisPosted Nov 10, 2015
Första gången i Paris.
