The hotel is inaccessible by car. The area is in constant development which makes it really hard to find the hotel if you’re driving. There’s no “front door” so unless you’re by foot on a specific level in the area, it is almost impossible to know where you’re going and where to find it. Took us over an hour by car to finally find our way in. The staff didn’t help on the phone. They hang up on us basically saying: we can’t help you.

Business district- beautiful hotel- not city cente
We waited approx 40 minutes past 3pm for our room after travelling 9 hours to get there. The place itself is beautiful but in the business distract so food places close early and it is not exactly right in the city center fortunately the train station is a 5 minute walk away. I would prefer a place closer to the city center. However the hotel itself is gorgeous! Great room service and well maintained. We wish we had been able to get to our room sooner seeing how we sat in the lobby for almost 3 hours waiting for a room to become available. A welcome drink or some more hospitality while we waited would have been nice!

Great place to stay if you need to be in la Défense and easy to get around the city from. Room was spacious and you can see it’s clearly looked after.

At the face of it it seems to tick all boxes but the hotel isn't quite 5 star in terms of comfort and grace. Its set in a business district and all neighbouring eateries maintain business hours for most of weekend. Even the Starbucks which opens up within the hotel was found to be closed most of the evenings. The beds and pillows are not comfortable enough. Air conditioner is too ancient to allow suitable controls. As per the reception staff at the time of check-in, we were 'upgraded' to a deluxe room where as I had anyways booked a deluxe room. Nor was there a 'jug full of water' as per his response - instead just the normal tap water in the tea kettle. After the stay I have exchanged a few emails with the front office manager and have been informed that there were supposed to be water cans in the mini bar, replaced everyday. Now why would they not mention that ? Instead we were buying plastic bottles everyday, refilling from tap, doing same damage to climate that they wanted to avoid. Quite a few other glaring misses from the glorious list of amenities on their website. I would avoid this Hotel in future.

As our front office manager told you, there are cans of water in the mini bar, it is said upon check in and it is also displayed in the room and noted in our room directory on your room key. We are truly sorry that you did not get the information. You told our front office manager that the housekeeping brought you plastic bottles everyday which we do not have anymore in our hotel for obvious reasons but you are saying now that you bought them yourselves. Our tap water is also drinkable like everywhere in France. We are sorry that you felt the need to buy plastic bottles everyday.We apologize for the Starbucks being closed during evening but as it is a coffee shop, it closes at 6 PM. We have duly noted your feedback about our air conditioning and pillows, please be assured that this will be checked and replaced if needed.Best regards,

The plus point of the property is the location close to the Metro. The rest of the aspects including room service, breakfast was really poor. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful but that does not make up for inferior rooms or rest of the aspect of the stay. It is considered to be a 5 star at best it is a 4 star

A beautiful boutique hotel, I strongly recommend. Though you should know, getting an uber to it is treacherous as its a bit difficult to navigate to due to the area. When leaving the property, best bet is to have the hotel call you a taxi, but that will be much more expensive than an Uber or Bolt

Paris NYE
This is a great hotel to explore Paris. It’s in La Defence but there is a metro line just a couple of minutes walk. We had breakfast in bed at no extra charge and what a delicious breakfast it was. If you’re driving the off site parking is expensive and very very awkward to find

A great property, our room had a huge soaking tub! Room service was prompt and the food was good. Nice staff and everything was clean. The hotel is a bit away from all the action, but only a 2 minute walk to the metro.

If you have business in that end of town it works. Billed itself as 5 stars and its not. Furniture/fixtures were lacking. Nice staff and breakfast in the morning but takes a bit to get into city and was a labyrinth for the car.

Avoid at all costs! Absolute shocking hotel.
Absolute thieves be aware! Booked to stay for 2 nights, showed up at the hotel only to be told that there is no booking and it’s not their problem. Left stranded in the streets of Paris at 1am in the morning. Contacted hotels.com only to be told that the hotel is refusing to refund it and they are not confirming the refund…what??? There is no room available and I don’t get my money back?? BE AWARE! Do not book this hotel! Still don’t have my money back so I have had to open legal proceedings against hotels.com and Mgallery to recoup my money and damages. avoid at all costs!

The hotel was ok in general but not great, the room had smudges on the headboard, the bathroom door doesn’t lock. Every time I asked for coffee capsules I got decaf. It’s more of a business hotel, but the location is great, the staff were friendly enough. Definitely not a 5 star experience.

Lovely hotel. Incredibly warm and friendly staff. We would return. It’s a business hotel in the business quarter. Incredibly close to the metro, so access to main attractions was easy but not walkable unless you like walking 3 km (each way). it’s about 25 mins (each way) to the Eiffel Tower on the metro. Metro is cheap and very easy to use. Not many restaurants nearby and most are closed at the weekend. Even the hotel’s restaurant and onsite Starbucks is closed at the weekend. The hotel was great value and we have no regrets booking the hotel. Just make sure you’re prepared to commute to the attractions everyday. Not really convenient to go out for the day, return for refresher and go out for evening as it wastes too much time. We did that on one of the evenings but couldn’t do it everyday.

Great value, convenient location
Very nice hotel (clean, friendly staff, comfortable spaces) in a nice, quiet location. Not many dining or sightseeing options within walking distance, but close to shopping and the metro to easily get into the center of Paris. Great value if only paying for the room, but extras tend to rack up the price to that of a normal 5-star hotel (breakfast, drinks, etc.). Overall, we will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Paris!

Quiet Spot For Some Downtime
Amazing service and large rooms, true value for money, outside the main city area but easily accessible via a Uber. Good spot with shopping centre and food places all walking distance.

This was a hotel convenient to the metro in a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is was clean and housekeeper asked whether or not I wanted her to clean because of Covid with was very considerate. Definitely would stay here again. Only downside was the taxi to the airport wasn’t a set rate because this is located outside of Paris which made it expensive
