Overall a fine stay for the weekend. Have stayed here in the past as well (2 years ago) and think there are a lot of small things creeping up that need attention, esp for $600 per night for a standard room. For example we were in a suite and keys for the main door stopped working, but inside door was fine. When we had to go back downstairs to have it fixed, the problem flipped and was not resolved. Had to go down to the front desk for the third time to resolve (so we could go to sleep since it was late at night). The next day, the same problem happened and this time we made the front desk staff come up with is. In addition, we didn't have some tv channels due to a malfunction (went during Roland Garros and wanted to watch the matches on TV of course the sports channels weren't working in our room). Phone was also broken and we had to ask for that to be repaired.
I will give the hotel a lot of credit for trying to resolve. They genuinely felt bad and tried to help.
