Nearest Metro stop is Europe so it's convenient. My only criticism is that there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. But other than that the room was perfect and there is tea and coffee facilities in the reception are which was pleasant. Breakfast was amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the noon check in and check out. Also the breakfast is 6am to 10am which is a big slot.

Wow! An amazing location to hit major sites in Paris. Walkable to Arc de Triumph, Montmarte, Moulin Rouge and the Louvre. Very close to the metro, if your visiting Paris get a Navigo Decoverte travel pass. 30 Euros to use all public transport for 7 days Monday through Sunday regardless of when purchased. Hotel was clean and appeared every room had a beautiful view. I was able to put my nightstand on the balcony and use it like a stool to watch over Paris in the morning and evening. The breakfast includes fresh squeezed orange juice which was absolutely and amazing start to my day while visiting. Be aware, the shower stall, at least in our room, was exceptionally small. I am 6'2" and had my back against the wall with my knee pressed against the opposite wall. Other than the shower this hotel was an unbelievable value for the area.

Convenient and comfortable stay
Good location near metro and train stations yet completely safe. Quick and easy stroll down to Galleries La Fayette etc... Rooms all varied in size, as we were offered upgrades etc due to room availability. We had 2 people per room and was spacious enough. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Hot, cold and sparkling water plus tea/coffee and microwave available in foyer all day.

Good weekend stay
The staff at the hotel were very good, polite, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was well located for easy access to the metro and centre of Paris. The main downside was the cleanliness of the room although it was clean there were significant stains on the carpet.

Generally good - room decent with a surprise balcony. Typical Ibis decor. A/C didn’t work, but room otherwise fine. Breakfast was included and was chaotic due to tiny breakfast room - vegan options limited but wasn’t expecting too much.

The rooms are extremely small. If you're by yourself I don't think it will be an issue but if you're traveling with someone else it could get tricky to move around. On the bright side, the location is perfect with a hard to beat price comparing to other hotels in the area.

Typical Parisian Ibis brand hotel with great staff
Hotel is a short walk uphill from St. Lazare railway station, but it is easy to miss the rue de Londres. All the staff I met were friendly and helpfully answered all my questions. The rooms and lifts are small, but typical for Paris. The hotel is a bit of a warren, looks like two buildings that have been joined. Covid protection is good and the breakfast OK, but a more limited choice then I expected. The area is safe, it seems to be the centre for musical instruments in Paris. Being near a station, it is easy to get to most other parts of Paris. For example RER line E is direct to Gare du Nord. There is sometimes a bit of noise from the street at night, but less then many other parts of Paris. There is a choice of metro stations within walking distance. The hotel is fine overnight, or a weekend, if you are traveling light and I would use it again.

March weekend break
Breakfast, cleaniless and overall decor of the hotel was great. Our room was good, my mattress was old i think as it dipped in the middle when i slept. The employees were great food very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for help or advice with travelling. Some maps would be good in the reception areas but apart from thst this hotel is a grrat location for anyone doing a city break as the underground train station is a fee minute walk and there a lot of local restaurants and cafes nearby Thank you :)

The room was the size i had expected. I loved the window that opened. Breakfast was delicious. The hairdryer wouldnt work in the bathroom, that was the only unpleasant thing about this hotel.

The Good: Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions etc. Breakfast, included with our reservation, was really good with croissants, bread, fresh fruit, squeezed OJ etc. Room was very clean with small balcony overlooking Rue Constantinople. Located 5 minute walk from Gare St. Lazare. 45-60 minute walk from Eiffel Tower/Seine The Bad: Found the room to be very small even for European standards. Poor layout restricted functionality. The shower was SMALL and difficult to get out of. Sink too large for the space. Cruise ship bathrooms look palatial compared to this.

Breakfast is bad only cold stuff not everyone wants bread with a slice of bread for breakfast. No kettle in room. Other than that everything is clean but you pay city tax in addition to the hotel fee

Regarding breakfast, indeed we do not have hot dish in our offer. However we have 3 varieties of bread, 2 pastries and 2 cakes; ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice and coffee. In all Ibis Brand, kettle is not in the room. But in Ibis Styles as in our hotel we have kettle in self-service in the lobby. The city tax have to be paid in each hotels in France. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ibis Paris Saint Lazare. The staff was extremely helpful and especially appreciated Karina's assistance with directions etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast delicious and breakfast area well maintained as used plates were soon removed and tables quickly cleaned. The location was ideal as it was close to metro Europe and Gare Saint Lazare. We would highly recommend this hotel. Great value.

Perfect stay!
It was excellent! The only thing I would complaint about was that the butter (during breakfast) was really hard to open and you had to puncture it with a knife. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Great place, itty bitty bathroom
Great place, and conveniently located next to the metro. Only one issue was the size of the bathroom. I'm 6'0"/190 and the bathroom was a bit of a stretch for the typical small European bathroom. The shower was about like an RV. If you're overweight, I might reconsider.
