The room release broken not able to make calls for room service or the front desk, the bathtub was not adequate for 3 seniors to bath it was too high and unsafe especially when the shower door switch’s so the water coming out of the shower head spills to the floor and one can fall trying to get out of the tub that’s too high. Complaint was made to have our refund to move to another Disney property and Pamela and Emma in the front desk were not cooperative. No courtesy shuttle to the airport guest have to pay $24 euro per person it should be an amenity by Disney because taxi is an average of $105 each way into Paris every expensive. Breakfast is not really free when dinner price is $35 pp. at the end the breakfast is charge on the expensive dinner price. The lobby bar area to buy water bottles or soda close at 11pm. No ice casino ice buckets in the room and no soap!!!! No soap bar to wash your face etc. No extra towels even thou I asked the house keeping crew.

Lovely clean, convenient for DLP. Swimming pool is lovely although changing facilities limited. Hotel provides towels. Breakfast has a variety of offerings but gets quite busy. The buffet restaurant on an evening was excellent and good value compared to bar prices or Disney meals/buffets.

On arrival the hotel is great, lovely reception area and in the Summer i’m sure the outdoor pool area is great. However some not so great areas. The room temperature was so hot and even with the air con on it wasn’t so effective. The indoor pool was freezing cold so only used it once. The bar area is quite small, so each time we went down there was nowhere to sit as some groups had taken all chairs so just tables left. Breakfast was chaotic each morning. Food running out, used dishes piled high on used tables and staff having to move people between restaurants. Don’t know why they were not just cleaning away dirty plates to make new clear tables?! The worst thing was whoever was responsible for moving glasses/bottles from rooms. On arrival there was a vodka bottle (with vodka in on it) and used glasses/beer bottles in the corridor. Still there 3 days later after it was moved to end of corridor. This is glass and alcohol in a family hotel with kids coming up and down the corridor. The attention to detail on service leave a a lot to be desired which is a shame as the hotel is good value, close to Disney and is a nice one if it had better service.

Convenient location to access the Disney Parks- free shuttle services! Site was beautiful. My only critique was the hotel providing small wash cloths for shower. Otherwise, the venue was good!

My room was never vacuumed, I told front desk twice and nothing was done. This hotel does not provide bottled water. I do have pictures of crumbs that were never clean. I wish I could upload them

The hotel was lovely and spacious rooms. It was clean. The reason i marked down a couple of stars were there wasnt much round the property (expected i guess) but i didnt think the food was great. Breakfast was good but we ate one night and it wasnt great. Limited options and also limited on room service. Would have been better if there was more choice. Thats me being picky and i would recommend the hotel to others and would stay again

The room was huge , lots of room. Cleaned daily . Breakfast was included in room rate a lovely extra . Tad hectic but enjoyable . We brought the buffet dinner , had heaps of variety . 7/10 Not far from Disney park , shuttle bus supplied free of charge . Local shopping centre not far from Disney park - train station. Fridge in room not great kinda pointless doesn’t keep things cold . No bags provided for rubbish . Felt dirty throwing things in bin with no liners . Great helpful staff :)

Fantastic place to stay not just for DLP. Rooms were clean, staff are helpful, smells clean and room was delightful. Shuttle was regular and food was expensive but tasty (the Caesar salad i recommend) realistically everything is at Disneyland Paris. Much more space for money, don’t hesitate to book.

Arrival at the property was great, you are met with a very grand looking hotel and it is clean and very well presented on the inside. It is local to the park and the shuttle although a lot like a cattle truck is very convenient and quick, please be aware the French are nothing like the English for queuing or politeness and will push to the front and move your children out of the way in the process. Food - we only had breakfast and it was very busy every time we went but there was always food available and it was always nice. The Room - Perfect you can hear though the door when excited kids are running to and from there room, but it is disney you cant be mad at that. never heard a noise from above or below and that is the best thing about the room, it is well decorated and we were all very impressed with it. Swimming Pool - The water is imported from Antarctica and it is not heated but once in, it was loads of fun watching others get into the pool! You don't get magic hour, there isn't many/any shops around the hotel but its cheap convenient and a really nice hotel, lots of food delivery services in the area.

Chose this hotel having stayed before but a little disappointed this time, had an a-joining room which was rather noisy, breakfast not as good as previous visits but it was very busy as it was half term.

Our rooms were basic. No shampoo on my parents room. Staff at reception were pleasant but werent very good with information when checking in. Breakfast was pretty poor. Scrambled eggs were okay, sausages were terrible. Pastries were lovely but all mini. Kids breakfast area wasnt great. Staff all around were okay, the bar was very expensive and the staff did not have great english. Thebshuttle was great. Very busy. Room service was nice small portions for the price. No kids options. Bathrooms are very dated. Our bedroom had one stained pillow, other pillows had big black hairs on them. So was a bit off putting. No coffee or tea so had to go back to reception to sort that. Never saw the pool or play area. Entrance is lovely. Hall was full of rubbish from peoples rooms when we arrived.

Perfect Place for a Princess
Absolutely beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. If you have a child who dreams of being a prince or princess bring them here. Short shuttle ride from the parks and plenty to do in the hotel. Room was spotless and beds comfortable. Lots of choice from the breakfast buffet.

We reserved this hotel for the holidays and intended to spend New Year's Eve there. The hotel contacted us several times to persuade us to reserve a table for New Year's Eve dinner. We discovered after paying a high price per person for the dinner that it was a buffet dinner that ended at 10:30 PM with no special celebration activity until midnight. We were hurried out of the restaurant and had nowhere to go to celebrate the new year. We ended up in the hotel lobby with a few other families who were astounded by the situation and decided to celebrate together. The staff was completely unconcerned about the situation and did not even wish customers a happy new year at midnight. In retrospect, we should have stayed at Disney, dined there, and watched the fireworks rather than spending the evening in the hotel lobby. In contrast to the narrow and worn rooms, the hotel's lobby is lavish, spacious, and inviting. The accommodations are stuffy and dark. The only toiletries available in the restrooms are hand soap, which we are expected to use as shampoo and body wash. There is no water in the rooms, and a bottle of water costs 9 EUR at the hotel bar. Hotel towels are extremely small and thin, and we had to constantly call the front desk for more. Every morning, the breakfast buffet was dismal and bland, with the same options. When you look at the overall offering, this hotel appears to be a four-star but is barely a three-star. The only advantage is parking and proximity to Disney.

A lovely hotel
Overall a really good hotel and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Good points - staff all polite and speak English, beautiful lobby and lovely smell, good choice of foods for breakfast (sausages, slightly runny scrambled eggs, a bucket of bacon, an interesting take on baked beans, bread, baguettes, croissants, kellogs cereal, fruit, popcorn, Nutella, coffee, tea, juices), beautiful grounds, indoor kids playground, all generally clean and tidy, rooms a really good size, mattress comfy, pillows are a bit too plump, TV has some English channels (BBC, ITV, E4), room has a useful fridge as well. Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Easy to get to Paris on the train, and £10 in Uber to La Valley Village shopping (think Trafford Centre/designer outlets). Bad points - not the hotel's fault but the shuttle from the park after the 10pm fireworks is literally every person for themselves. People climbing over children and pushchairs. Didn't have any other food apart from breakfast but did have a £11 cocktail which was average. Didn't get to use the gym or pools (outdoor closed in winter) Probably more a UK 3.5*. If you're staying to visit disneyland it's a good base and cheaper than the official hotels, but keep in mind you'll likely be out all day so unless you plan on staying in the hotel in the day and make use of all the facilities there are cheaper options if you just need a bed and some food in the morning. Kids enjoyed it though which is the main thing

Great for kids!
Booked this due to recommendation and if I’m honest it was excellent, I have a 4 year old who wants to go back already! Room was very clean and comfortable and very spacious but what made it that isn’t always highlighted was the play area conveniently placed next to the bar, so the adults can have a drink while the little ones run around, the pool was great and even had a games room The only small thing I would say is the food but I found a local restaurant in Uber eats that delivered so we did that on day 2 and 3 but overall excellent and would revisit

Nice hotel
This is a very large hotel. The rooms are good size. The only downside was the lack of staff at the bar which mean't long waits. The prices for bar snacks and drinks were expensive. The breakfast, I thought, was poor for a 4 star hotel. The hot items were minimal and not hot and if anything ran out it seemed to take a long time before they were replaced. The transfers offered to Disneyland park was very efficient and quick.

Fabulous hotel, the hotel lobby was amazing- as soon as you step in- the scent is amazing- all throughout the front lobby. Three minor concerns are: despite bus times every 20minutes- still not enough to cover for all passengers between 3 hotels-by the time the bus reaches our hotel its already full, 2nd- wifi access is bad and slow connection and lastly… despite me asking hotel staff on how car parking is charged numerous times- I was told I will have to pay as I exit the hotel repeatedly by different staff- so on the day of check out I paid the car park as I exit the hotel only for my card to be declined numerous times-called my bank and was told by my bank that there was no problem with my card, so I head back to the reception and this time it was the supervisor who I spoke and reported the car park ticket issue & I was surprised to be told that parking is free but my ticket needed to be validated upon check out. The hassle should have been avoided if this matter was dealt with as soon as I checked out. But over all I would say that my stay was faboulous.

We liked the closeness to the parks and the ease to get there. The rooms were warm, as were the staff. Lovely entrance and bar, although expensive.

We stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel as a family of three doing three days around the Disney parks. We found that the hotel was clean and family friendly. The indoor playroom was a main attraction for my five-year-old! The shuttles to and from Disney park with frequent. As one of five hotels in the area served by the same shuttle service, I wasn’t sure if we would get onto a shuttle easily, but we always manage to. But not always able to get a seat. The journey was quick to the park, less than 10 minutes. I would stay at the hotel again and recommend it for anybody going to Disney park.

Beautiful hotel, great for the kids. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to Disney can be better, not enough busses during peak times made it difficult and stressful commuting to Disney park

Beautiful hotel caters for all.
Amazing hotel. We stayed in a Suite, would highly recommended, beautiful, huge space. Service was excellent from front desk welcoming to staff in breakfast room. The only downside was although free shuttle bus to and from hotel to the parks so many people crammed inside the bus, was not pleasant journey. The bus stops at 4 hotels and with pushchairs and peoples’ luggage it did not feel safe so for only that reason would probably not stay again. Need to hire car or taxis which would be expensive. The impression you get is the free shuttle bus is just for The Dream Castle, its not.

The room had ample space and was clean. The food choices were very good in the dining hall. The staff were very helpful. My only complaint is the free shuttle offered is one shuttle used for 3 hotels and they stop at each stop even when fully over capacity, and let others on. It was overcrowded and unsafe transportation.Often you had to wait until it came around again, and many people just called an Uber.

The main advantage of the hotel is that it has a complementary shuttle that does a circuit of four other adjacent hotels and goes to the Marne la vallée Chessy station which is a quick 10 minute walk to eurodisney. The staff are hit and miss. Was grateful to get early checkin. I ordered something to the hotel that the tracking number confirmed arrived, front desk confirmed that they are certain no such package arrived, I asked to double check and the agent confirmed no such package arrived…only that a couple days later another front desk agent handed me this same package which I had just reordered. Other staff I found very kind and engaged- the reason I mention this is that a four star hotel should have better service and engaged staff Meals are good at the hotel. Common area is very beautiful however our room wasn’t, it had property damage and the towels, carpet and bedsheets were dirty. Housekeeping replaced them with also dirty ones- small hairs in them, grains of sand or something embeded in them. Bottom line is that this hotel is ok, but I wouldn’t consider it four stars
