- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Had to stand in a que for just over an hour just to check in, was wearing a mask the whole time and it was so hot. One person on the reception desk, hardly understood English. Never got any new towels left for the days we were staying, had to keep going down to reception to ask for more which was annoying as it took five mins to explain that I wanted towels, as they didn’t understand. Bed had legs so you could clearly see under it to clean, so much for rooms being deep cleaned for covid as there was a condom and food papers under the bed. Had to also go down twice to get keys fixed as kept not working in the door. Asked reception if I could have plaster for my daughters blister she said get a taxi to nearest petrol station, my husband asked 2 mins later she went out back and got him one. I’ve been to Paris 14 times and this was my least fav hotel.
