This boutique hotel is really very nicely situated and provides a warm feeling. It is about 100mts from a main shopping street full of little food shops, bakeries, deli shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the hotel and location.

Nice little hotel with lots of potential. Definitely an expired four star as the facilities are nice but tired. Location very convenient two the metro 4, metro 6, RER B, Orly Airport Bus, and many local busses. My biggest issue with this hotel is the maid service. The rooms do not really get cleaned, it's simply a towel change. I do not typically mind this (I do not need new sheets every day), however the least they could do is take out the garbage. Instead people line their bottles/cans/etc up in the hallway. In any basic hotel, let alone a four star hotel, I'd expect more than alley-way service. Breakfast was good and in a nice room in the basement. Overall, I'd stay again if some basic changes were made to their services (taking out the garbage...)

Great Location but not best value for money.
Great location..within 6 minutes walk to transport (Train Station, Metro), attractions (Catacombs, Liberation Museum, Montparnasse Cemetery)..varied choices for food nearby(restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, patisseries, fast food)..excellent staff Downside - not the best overall value for money... rooms small...larger rooms available elsewhere for same price..breakfast was adequate...no items in mini fridge..not even the usual free water offered like at other 4 star accomodations

Weak service, no attention to details. Front door did not work, didn't bother to put up a sign. Next day, other front door didn't, no sign. Staff seemed to not really care. Thursday evening, front desk attendant was have a meal with a woman in the lobby using the seating. Didn't really care that i needed some help.

A random search led me to this property. It is just 10-minute leisurely walk from the action of the Montparnasse station, which makes for a quieter stay. The RER station is just up the street, barely 5 minutes away. That train takes you straight into CDG airport. Very convenient and cheap. The hotel is located right across the street from the Montparnasse cemetery where many celebrities’ graves can be visited. The hotel makes a great impression. It looks very French. I had booked a superior room and was not disappointed…once I turned off all heating upon entering the room. Not sure why the room temp was set at 25c (82F!), but once turned off and opening all windows, it cooled off promptly with the average temps outside. Fairly large room, a balcony with a view of the Tour Montparnasse and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Good desk space and very well laid out. Bathroom was a tad cramped, but very functional. Tastefully decorated. A large bed, which was really two beds put together. Less my thing, but worked. There is also a fridge…though it was not working properly. This being said, it generally made for a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider it again.

Good well situated 10 minute walk to Montparnasse
The staff members are the tops for the hôtel. They are nice, serviable and professional. The hotel itself is well situated, needs refreshing and small services such as bottles of water, pen, paper, coffee maker or daily replenishment of instant coffee and tea. Overall, a great stay.

It is a cozy small hotel at the heart of Montparnasse. There are plenty of cafes and bistrots nearby if you crave something. It is also close (5 min walk) to Denfert-Rochereau metro and bus station from where you can take a direct bus to Orly or a direct train (RER) to CDG airport. We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and we enjoyed it immensely. The rooms are small but cozy and ours had a nice street view. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious (juice, croissants, coffee, eggs, jam, butter). I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return there!

The staff was not very nice or accommodating. They had construction going on in the room across from me and it was extremely noisy. Mini fridge was hot. Blow dryer did not work properly! Bath french windowdoors did not open. Room is very old and extremely small. I asked for laundry services and thry charged me a ridiculous $300!! RIppoff! i received no help with my luggage when leaving. Nobody spoke English except 1 person. I dont recommend to anybody!!

Dear Madam, Thank you for your feedback. I am surprised by you comment. You spoke daily with multiple members of the staff and I am sorry to inform you that they were talking in english with you. You gave us the information that you were arriving at 6pm on the arrival day and you arrived at 7a.m. I did gave you the room you have reserved directly at 7 am even if the check-in time is 2pm. We did store a carpet in the room in front of yours during one afternoon only. You complained about noise on the same floor a day were no other rooms were occupied on the floor. The minibar which is in the room is not a fridge. It is a minibar, obsviously the temperature inside is higher than a fridge. You called us regarding the kettle which was not working. If you don't switch it on it will not work of course. The room can't be considered as old. You had a brand new bedding, matress, bed, tv, kettle, phone, plumbing and carpet is brand new as well. Your room has been painted 1 week before your arrival. I can understand, that you did not enjoy the decoration of our property, but you had the choice to select our an other one with an other decoration if this one did not fit your needs. We checked the hair dryer and its working. Regarding the size of the room, we gave you one of our largest rooms. Maybe your are not used to local standards, and when you made the reservation through the website, the room size is specified. Regarding your laundry, I did personaly informed you upon check-in that our laundry service is an outside service and you pay per article. You had the price list in the room and you filled yourself the form. Please note that multiple self service laundromat are located 2 minutes away from the hotel. Regards,

My stay was only for one night. What impressed me most was the customer service. The front desk staff were exceptional. The check in process was was speedy and hassle free. The continental breakfast had a variety of choices. The next time i visit Paris, am definitely staying here.

Very nice accommodation comfortable well located. Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working, but these type of things happen. The day we left it was repaired.

Clean facility. Professional helpful and friendly staff (Tamara and Nikola) They can really invest in new iron board and iron. Old one is leaking water and it is a safety issue. Add steps to enter/exit balcony. Add steps to enter/exit bathtub or at least nonslip pad in the tub. Very dangerous
