Pros: Location
Cons: 1. All Meal options 2. Staff - Need to be more professional and polite
First off they could not find my reservation, then at dinner guests were informed that formal wear or soft shirt and long pants was required at dinner with no saddles accepted, once it was made know that this was not noted when booking they said ok. Meal options for breakfast was the same ever morning..... I definitely will not be having eggs anytime soon, Meal options on the whole needs to be looked at. And at check out the person at the desk collecting the keys just collected the keys and said that was it you can leave now, they did not even ask if my guest liked there stay.

Pros: close to Beach , literally the ambience, the Staff, the Meals
Cons: maybe a bit more different choices at Breakfast
Location: Harrison Cave, Oistins on Friday night
I had misgivings about this hotel due to a few previous negative reviews...much to my surprise....I will rate this hotel a 4 star.....the all inclusive package is worth every penny, the food , drinks, the a la carte nights, the entertainment at dinner and most of all the excellent service received from the staff my sincerest thks goes out to Steffie, Jamaal , Natalie and the rest of the staff Thanks for making my trip a truly enjoyable and memorable one I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

Modest hotel on decent beach. Pretty pool area

Posted Aug 7, 2017
Tv was not working. They told me to come downstairs to get new batteries. It made not difference. I called in the morning to get someone come look at it ..nobody ever came . The breakfast buffet was very very very slow .it was missing potatoes. Cheese. Waffles. We asked for more .got fed up waiting in line so we sat down .birds eating food from your plate . Maintenance staff was nice . Not the best but reasonably priced and clean

On the beach

Posted Jul 11, 2017
In dire need of a renovation. The room was old. The ac unit from above was linking into my patio below. The toilet was shaky. Never enough beach towels. Pool area was a very nice area to relax by. Breakfast was basic. Staff was very nice. Great location for swimming and snorkeling.

The hotel was very out dated, the worst bed I've ever experiences. Windows so old that couldn't be opened. Food was bad.

Right on the beach in best part of the island

Posted Jun 27, 2017
Pros: The staff were great
Cons: dining arrangments for guests not on the all-inclusive plan
Location: Beach-wise, it's in the quiet part of the island. Good for snorkeling and scuba. If you want waves, you have to go to the south coast or atlantic coast
This hotel is in St.James, the best and most expensive part of Barbados hotel-wise. It's right on the beach, but less expensive than the neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are friendly and competent; you will like them. Go all-inclusive if that is convenient; otherwise you end up always dealing with room service which is not as well organized. I really like this hotel and will go back.

nice hotel, close to beach, very friendly staff

Posted May 22, 2017
Pros: staff and the proximity to the beach. The people are always polite, especially the passersby that have something to sell.
Cons: The food, not enough fruit tbh. On an island where mango's are the best in the world, we were not served it once :( I did go to the market to buy :)
Location: We went to Harrisons Caves, worth the fees, watch that some days there is a tram, some are just walking days. Very well put together.
place was ok, pictures a bit deceiving, the pic of what you presume is the front is not. Food was sometimes great sometimes a bit lacking. ex. One day we had the most amazing lamb for lunch! and dinner was not so great. The buffet is also not as lavish as some places, but you will not starve. Pool area was great, not big, but not necessary, the loungers were really great. So great that I took a pic of the labels :). beach was great, did a morning on a catamaran, totally worth the cost. Shout out to the owner of the boat named "Stilletto". Captain managed to dive straight down 25ft to collect our dropped mask! We enjoyed our stay very much, we rented a car. I can only recommend that if you have a healthy heart and a skilled driver with you :) Pot holes are a bit alarming lol

The hotel is cozy. Very adorable, you can walk right out onto the beach. The staff is phenomenal!!!! I feel like I made life long friend's here. It's a mature quiet hotel. But fun and excitement is just a few steps away. The beach is clean and nice. Only cons are that the dinner live entertainment is boring. And the beds can can uncomfortable. I was upgraded to a beach view room, I basically had the best vacation ever!
