it was nice and clean

Pros: the beds and the pool.
Cons: the elevator going up to the pool level'
Location: there are many nice places to eat in walking distance.
I really enjoyed my stay there. the pool was great and the water was heated. the breakfast every morning was fantastic. the beds were really comfortable.

Good hotel, decent breakfast

Pros: Good hotel for a short stay at reasonable price.
Cons: Room cleanliness, quality of breakfast items (even if the choice was very good).
Checkin was very long. We arrived around 5 pm and the room apparently was not ready. It took almost half an hour to get the key. Welcome drink was appreciated. Cleanliness could be improved: soap or cleaning product bubbles on the shower walll, wet shower floor, soap wrapper completely soaked, broken plastic cup on the floor, cover plate of wall outlet broken off, carpet needs some better cleaning. Good choice at breakfast buffet, however quality was so so. Had a look at the gym and the pool, which both looked very good. Quiet room on the fourth floor. Overall friendly staff. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

I've stayed at this hotel every time I stay in Bogotá and each time we get excellent service.

Excellent Stay in Bogota

I had a wonderful stay at the Casa Dann hotel and would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Bogota to consider this hotel. The hotel has a fabulous spa with great services and very warm staff. Thank you for always giving me a wonderful stay!!
