Disappointing Stay

Location: Do not eat at hotel, Very good restaurant in a park near the hotel
I have stay at this hotel before, but it was many years ago. I recently stayed there for a business trip. My first impression was the hotel was understaffed. First, when I arrived to the hotel, I went to the restaurant for dinner. At the same time a flight crew came into the restaurant. As I sat at my table, I watched the waitress served drinks to the flight crew of about 10 people. No one has come to my table to even serve me water. Finally, I asked the bellman who happened to be in the restaurant to get me a menu and some water. I ordered dinner, they brought out something that was completely different than what I had ordered. I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Almost the same thing happened on another night when a tour group of about 12 people where in the restaurant before me, Again, I was ignored until I had to request a menu and some water. Another day, my room had no towel, I had to call three time before someone finally brought them to the room. My room safe was locked before I arrived. So I asked the front desk to send someone to the room to help open the safe. After about an hour, someone came and said to me "OK", Left and never came back. Finally, the hotel was with internet for and entire day. I lost a day of work because of this. All of this happened 4 days into a 10 day stay. I eventually left on the 5 day because of the problems. asked for a refund for the remaining days. The hotel never responded to my request for a refund. Very disappointing!

Not as it used to be.

Too long to check in and out. Maid service was not good until we spoke to supervisor. Small staff on Sunday and breakfast service was very slow.

terrible sound

the hotel ks ok but the noise is terrible. room above restaurant and you can even hear the chairs move and hotel staff setting up between 2 and 5 am. no sound isolation whatsover

very convenient location

Pros: location, parking, staff, cleanness
Cons: please improve breakfast, adding more popular local breakfast food
Great location in one of the best areas of Bogota, near great shops, restaurants, great staff very professional and helpfull

Nice hotel all suites and in great location. Staff is excellent, breakfast is great. I definitely recommend this hotel

Comfortable hotel

This horel is great, rooms are big and spacious. It is located close to parque de la 93 but not on it. Everyone is willing to help. I would only have on the down side that decor is cheap and outdated specially in living room. But I would return to this hotel.

Nice hotel and staff

Hotel was very well located for what I needed, the zone is quiet and safe. Staff was always very helpful. Hotel was clean.
